This was the third holiday that my wife and I have booked through Full Circle Travel and we have been delighted on each occasion with the help and advice from Niall and/or Kate. It's great to see an independent travel agent with such knowledge and experience of the locations we have research and ultimately booked; the personal touch is well worth it. Would definitely recommend to friend/family.

Have used Full circle for the last four years to book our club med ski holidays. Always had excellent service as well as the best prices. They make a point of following up on clients who have been on holiday and have built a large knowledge base from their feedback which means they can give unbiased advice on particular resorts. Thanks Niall, will be in touch soon to finalise next years trip!

I have booked 6 holidays through Full Circle Travel and have been totally satisfied with the service they provide. They offer well presented options based on your holiday brief and are more than willing to spend the time getting the details just right. They are reliable and a pleasure to deal with. When we had a local problem with one of our hotels they swiftly sorted it out so that it didn't distract from our enjoyment of the trip. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Full circle arranged my hen weekend to New York, sorted out the flights and recommended a great hotel with no stress. Can completely be trusted to do everything they say they will do and left me to just have a great time without worrying about anything. They have also organised and planned my wedding next year in Thailand and left me completely confident that they can manage to put together the whole package.

Full Circle Travel found me a holiday matching my exact requirements and did absolutely everything for me, including booking my seats on the plan and sending the ticket documentation direct to myself. Niall was absolutely great at helping us sort out our holiday, he was quick to respond to all of our questions and presented us with the best deal by far. Loved the fact that he checked in for us, also asked us if we wanted him to sort out our Visa’s and airport parking. We will definatley be using Full Circle Travel again !!

I rarely use travel companies as it had always seemed to me that it's a complication that you don't need when you can just book everything directly yourself. However my wife and I now have a small baby daughter and decided to try an all-inclusive resort for the first time. Looking through the countless companies offering to find "the best" all-inclusive deals within our price range, we came across Full Circle Travel. As they are a smaller travel agent we thought we would give them ago as we felt that they may be able to offer us a more personal service than what you would imagine receiving from a large chain operating purely on how much money they can squeeze both out of yourself aswell as the destination you plan on going to (which I believe could dampen the quality of service at both ends), and we could not of been any further impressed! Niall and his team were completely on the ball from the word go.
Firstly - we had absolutely no idea where we wanted to go but knew that we didn't want to go somewhere too hot (as previously mentioned we now have a baby in tow) and likewise, not too much travelling.
The team at Full Circle suggested a few countries we could visit, to which we eventually decided upon and settled on Portugal. We then settled on our eventual destination which was to be Da Balaia, a Club Med resort in Albufeira, the Algarve.
We listed the requirements of our holiday to Full Circle Travel who dealt with absolutely everything in a professional manner that was - in my opinion - second to none. They were so slick and non pushy in approach and we really did come away from our experience with Full Circle feeling like we mattered as customers, which can be suprisingly rare to find.
Now the holiday itself ........
Fabulous fabulous fabulous is all I can say! The flight was fairly standard although Kudos for the inflight meals. We weren't expecting them at all but it really kicked off the whole experience with a possitive. When we arrived at the airport we were met by a Club Med rep and swiftly taken off to our transfer and believe it or not, we didnt have to pick up our bags again until we arrived back at the airport at the end of our stay.
We got to the resort and was independtly shown around and then onward to our rooms. We had requested an inter-connecting room so our daughter had her own room. The Club Med staff were excellent and really went out of there way to make you feel like the king of your own holiday. The food was fantastic, varrying from meal to meal and always looked fresh and inviting regardless of the time you chose to have your meals. In between meals the refreshments and nibbles were plentyful, and the choice of available drinks was vast. The entertainment was upbeat when it needed to be and relaxed, romantic and serene at other times. 'Baby Med' is great if you wish to use it. My only regret is that I didn't take my Golf shoes - excellent facilities there!
So all in all and excellent stay which was backed up by excellent service from the teams at both Full Circle Travel and Club Med.

A very friendly warm welcome greets you if you use Full Circle Travel. Would definately use them again and would recommend them to my friends.

We first used Jackie at Full Circle to organise a short ski break, which was brilliantly put together, and a great success.
More recently, she organised a two week trip to the states for our family and took great pains to make sure that it was what we wanted. Again, the holiday was well organised and a great success. We will definitely use them again.

I was given honest advice to help narrow down my search for a holiday destination in the Mediterranean. Kate then helped to narrow down options further by taking into account my criteria and finally secured a discount on the price for the property we selected. The resort and local rep were excellent.

From the minute you think about planning a holiday, the staff are so friendly, approachable and well experienced in listening to your needs, that you can always guarantee they are going to recommend nothing but the very best to sit within your budget and tailor make your trip at times to suit you. I always go away with peace of mind, knowing all I have to do is pack my suitcase and the rest will run like clockwork. The staff are very well travelled themselves and do so on a regular basis, meaning their knowledge is always current.

I can thoroughly recommend Full Circle Travel . i was looking for a villa very much last minute and being able to communicate with members of the agency both on line and over the phone gave me the reassurance that the arrangements would be fine . I was very pleased with the villa that I chose , the resort of Vathy and enjoyed the peace and relaxation of the island of Ithaka . I felt cared for at every stage of the holiday .

I booked my flights to Australia and the company was very helpful and got me some very reasonably priced flights. They also sorted out my visa for free! Overall very happy!
