Fast efficient service and mat underlay working well

This was my third purchase and I haven’t yet placed the rug, I trust it will be fine as were the other three rugs. Very pleasant company to deal with.

The rug was very careful packed and we were kept informed because the courier texted me saying that there would be a delay of a day due to high volumes.

The quality of the rug was better than expected and the rug was delivered on time and in good condition. We have bought from Frith rugs before and have always been satisfied which was the main reason for going back to them.
