On their website you can’t leave a honest review of the products , they have to read your review first, and then decide if they want to post it which they obviously won’t if it’s bad
Bought a 4g cctv camera off them and for 115€ it was a waste of money in my opinion
It has two 4g antennas which do not mimic signals from same provider in the same location as a mobile phone also the 4g reset button is inside the camera so you would have to climb upto camera dismount and open up camera to reset it , what a joke
Overall I am very unhappy with the product and their service so far , won’t be using them anymore for purchases , it’s all cheap stuff from China and they just sell it here in ireland and offer quick shipping

Got firestick a couple of months back remote suddenly wouldn't connect, contacted them customer service couldn't be more helpful fixed issue in less than a week product sent back fixed and working excellent customer service highly recommend using freetv.ie I will in future.

Three upgraded the 4g mast for my internet and I see a vast improvement in download speeds but the downside was I started getting interference on Rte1 on Fairview.I ordered a 4 g filter from Free TV and it arrived a few days later.Connected it inline and works perfect.Highly recommended for those with 4g interference

They charge you thousands of dollars to get their service. Then they tell you how you now own the equipment which means they no longer are responsible for it when it fails and it does fail. When you do have a problem you are never able to contact anyone for help. The way it works is once they get your money you are on your own. If you are lucky enough to reach someone for help you have to pay for it. My advice is to avoid this Company.

Top company never had a issue have bin using them for over 6 years 5 out of 5 all day long keep up the great work

I had an issue with a product I bought but I am unable to get a response from the company. I have tried various methods and left several messages but no luck.

I have used freetv on a few occasions over the last couple of years. These have mainly been for components but I have bought 2 freesat combi boxes and a cctv camera and there has never been an issue. Having read some of the negative reviews I am wondering about one in particular being for a different webstore, and another one or two being actually the customer being unreasonable. I have no connection with the company only as I said having made some purchases. Any I did make were delivered in the following day or two. Quality of merchandise is good and definitely less expensive than from a major store. There are very informative videos on most products which I always view before purchase. You won't get that in too many places. Keep up the good work.

I bought a Chromecast on 2th of January and didn't received the product until 15/01.
I emailed they to cancel and they said will cancel and give my money back.
Today (20/01) they try delivered the product and I didn't accepted (I bought another one) and now they said will take more few days to refund my money because need the product go back to the shopping.
It's really anoing because they took too long to delivery and it's taking the same time to refund something I never touched.
I'm really afraid to don't have the product and don't receive my money back.
Don't recommend this shopping.

Ordered a product three weeks ago, still hasn’t arrived. My third email was finally responded to with an abrupt and short response blaming Brexit!

Product still nowhere to be seen, doubt it will ever arrive - waste of money.
