Even though it was over the Christmas…
Even though it was over the Christmas period the older was processed and shipped quickly without a glitch. Shipping was a little late, but as to be expected for time of year from the UK to NZ. Would happily use again and again. Cheers Guys till next time.

delivery too long. Item lost.
Communication was pretty good but overall the package was lost and did not arrive within the agreed time. Item was bought for a birthday but sadly didn’t arrive until 3 - 4 weeks later.
Pleased with the product though

I'm one of those unfortunate ones that had a sad experience with these guys. Like.. will actually bypass a product because their name is attached.
No freestyle.. it wasn't an oversight, your people knew and sent them anyway. And not until I involved trade me did they suddenly see all my emails and try to rectify the situation. And so nice... 🤔 Return to the UK? When I'd just waited 2+ weeks in NZ (NO TRACKING.. they lie about that)
Gave to another Mum who cant really afford such things either.. made another kid happy.
The only good that came out of the whole saga.

Really sorry you received the wrong size shoes but as my colleague explained the relabel was done by DC, apologies our warehouse guys didn't spot it - we would never intentionally send out incorrect goods.
Our tracking is automated so possibly it went to your spam/junk folder but we see that your order arrived way ahead of schedule.
My colleague sent you a free return label on December 4th & we would've refunded you in full if you'd decided to take up this offer but we see you gave the shoes to another family which was a very kind thing of you to do - we'd like to repay that kindness by offering you a free pair of shoes, unfortunately we don't have the ones your son wanted but if you'd like to have a look if there's another style he likes & email me we'll sort that out for you.

Awesome stuff
This is was my second time bought sneakers from FreestyleXtreme. I love all the stuff that they sell. I keep looking and update every sneaker by weekly especially Adidas skate and Vans. Hopefully oneday I’ll get free stuff from them. Cheers! Lol

I ordered the wrong size and they generously accepted to replace with the right size. They have an awesome exchange like I have seen now where else in the world. The people are very friendly and human. We had a strange warehouse glitch when the goods re-arrived and had a different product label on it than I expected, but as luck had it, the item was perfect for the intended and she gratefully accepted it. Despite this, the firm were just great to deal with and very understanding and generous. I have them saved to my favourites to buy gear like this now, and recommending them to others.
Well done to the Freestyle NZ team.
