Svindlere og bedragere. Jeg købte 3 antenner da det lød godt, men jeg har færre kanaler ned med min gamle tagantenne. Jeg har skrevet og rykket for at returnere dem og få pengene retur, men ingen reaktion. KØB ALDRIG NOGET AF DEM, DE ER PLATTENSLAGERE!!!!!!!

Har bestil den i Oktober 2017, Den er aldrig modtaget. Har rykket flere gange, men ingen svar. Svindel??

Bonjours ai commander depuis juillet 2017 toujours rien reçu envoyé plusieurs Mail pas de réponse dite moi comment faire car pour moi sais une arnaque merci

j'ai reçu antennes ,une pour moi et une pour mes deux fils .c'est une arnaque considérable et ils ne répondent pas a nos fax ni nos e-mails
que faire pour retourner le matériel et être remboursé ???

This a total rip-off. I ordered three antennas and three amplifiers and three amplifiers on 12/3. I didn't receive the antennas till Dec 27. I inquired numerous times and response was poor. I only received a partial order of three antennas and one amplifier. I sent an email and a picture showing that I only received one amplifier and there has been no follow-up from this company.. Because I have not received the amplifiers I haven't tested the product. Based on what I am experiencing I have very little faith that I will get my other two amplifiers nor will the product be any good.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY YOU ARE THROWING MONEY WAY.

Cela fait 2 semaines que j'ai commende une antenne et toujours pas de nouvelles, j'ai essayé de les joindre , c'est impossible , des escrocs , je dépose une plainte.

Purchased HDTV antenna for use in Australia.......what an absolute bloody CON. Bought to replace "rabbits ears" which receive channels 2, and 10 only and now get NOTHING.
Tried to contact "support" as per the Business Card enclosed in the package on numerous occasions and get returned "undeliverable" message

I hadn't completed purchase of this item and found that on the next screen they advised buying an amplifier. I back-paged from screen 2 and out of site. The following day I learned that the money had been debited from my Bank Account. I have sent numerous EMails to them from Boxing Day to present, they don't answer and so far my money has not been returned. The EMails told them to cancel the order, which should never have been completed and I asked how money had been taken from my account without having completing pages 2 and 3 of screens. I back-paged from screen 2 and out of site.

I would not recommend this company to anyone.

bon ben j'ai compris que dire de plus ça ne fonctionne pas j'ai essayé d'envoyé un mail de réclamation à ..... (le mail su support n'est pas permit) mais je doute un peu de la suite pour ma part je n'en ai pris qu'une seule pour voir et je vois bien qu'il n'y as rien à voir......;)((((

I HAVE REPORTED THIS FRAUD TO THE POLICE AND WOULD ENCOURAGE OTHERS TO DO SO TOO.

The product is ABSOLUTE RUBBISH. I only wish I'd checked this site before buying. DON'T FALL FOR THIS TOTAL SCAM. THE ANTENNA DOESN'T WORK!!

Total scam! Don't fall for this. Unfortunately I did. Installed the antenna and it picks up fewer channels than the cheapo one I bought in local hardware store. I'm trying to get my money back. I may be out of luck.

Scam site, avoid at all costs

I bought one of these Fox TV antennae and found it to be absolute rubbish.
Couldn't pick up any signal and I was charged for booster, which I had not asked for.
Having sent numerous e-mails to company as of today I have not had a reply.
Please don't waste your money on this scam

80e pour une antenne et un soit disant ampli. cette une arnaque ,ça capte rien et encore moins les chaines qu ils indiquent. c est du vol!!!!! impossible de les joindre

If your in Australia DO NOT BUY, no customer service they do not respond, set up instructions non existent product is cheap and nasty. waste of money time and effort. Trust your gut feeling and buy something with good reviews not dodgy ones with bad reviews.

The Antenna and booster they sell are an absolute waste of time, I have a £6 indoor antenna I purchased from a market stall which performs much better on its own than their very expensive antenna and booster combined. I am just 3 miles from our TV mast and it could not get a clear signal. This company also makes claims about HDTV and encrypted streamed movies such as you would get via Netflix or Amazon. The claims are complete fiction. This company also goes unresponsive when you ask about returns under the 14 day cool down period, distance selling rules. They simply should not be allowed to sell in the UK.

Site showed I would receive order by Dec 19th. Checked shipping number provided, invalid number. Two days later I get an email asking me to verify my shipping address and a different tracking number. They already have all my information from when I submitted my order. This is a scam. Buyer Beware!

I received my antenna today after only 7days/seems it could be ,I complained about my bill/I was charged for a amplifier I DID NOT ORDER AT 34.99p /making 74.30p all in /the amp plug would NOT fit any TV so tried annenna alone /got some stations but nothing new and even less than my standard antenna /what a RIP OFF KEEP WELL AWAY FROM THIS FIRM
