I've been with Freeola for quite a few years now, and they always provide an excellent service at a very reasonable price.

Been with Freeola so many years and have had very few problems. Service has been very reliable, to the extent I have not had to contact the help line. THe cost is reasonable.

The new fibre line I have is definitely an improvement and with the removal of incoming calls no one wants to sell me a car warranty. Brilliant. The guys on the customer service line are excellent and have done loads or work for me to reduce spam emails. All in all, a great company

Never had a problem in over 20 years of service.
Tech support has always answered my questions quickly and more importantly, correctly.
Would never consider going anywhere else for web hosting and email service.

Where most companies hand you to an AI bot or worse, these companies provide clear, comprehensive and fast answers that are logical and written by an intelligent and very helpful human. I've always had great service from Freeola and GetDotted and prices are very competitive.
I'm not an IT expert but most queries can be resolved easily via the website and when I've needed 'extra' help the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Ive had my domain hosting and email services by Freeola for what must now be oer 20 years, and been with them since the '90s when they were Special Reserve. They have been excellent and consequently i take them for granted. Absolutely highly recommended

I've been using Freeola regularly for about fifteen years. I've found it one of the cheapest providers out there and they are consistently reliable. There's always someone there to help with phone enquiries too, a great help to speak to someone human in these days of chatbots. They've had one or two surly people on their helpline over the years, but they've always helped and they have a huge amount of knowledge. I'm not a techie but I managed to build my own professional company website, which my clients always raved over. I've only had one or two brief outages in fifteen years. I recommend them highly, especially to people who want an easy way of building a website, or even buying domain names and email addresses. I've also recommended Freeola and GetDotted to several friends over the years. These days I have several businesses, and use Freeola for all of them.

I have been with these for nearly 25 years and never had a service issue or needed to look elsewhere. My forwarding email always works and the dashboard works well on any of my devices. One niggle is, that after moving to the Channel Islands, they show little interest in deducting VAT or making it cheaper to access regular updates of my website, but I was with them before moving from the UK so I have worked around it. The fact that I have remained with them since moving is testament to my satisfaction with the company. Overall, 4.5 stars

Been using them for years, always keep me informed about any changes to service or price. Not restricted to using their router can use my own. Easy cheap website hosting and tools, control panel is easy to understand and use. Very helpful if I have any problems on connection line or hardware.
