Extremely poor customer tech support
I've been a freeadds memeber for over a decade and a half and for the first time needed to contact freeadds, regarding technical issues with my live adverts on the site. They have never reponded to several emails and have closed my ticket ( they have a internal system where contacts emails are referred to as tickets) each time within a hour of sending them with no reply or resolution of the issue. It has made it so I have choice but to leave freeadds as its effectively non functional for me.
In response to freeadds comment below, I had provided my contact details to trustpilot and freeadds would need to request that information from me though trustpilot , which they have not done , so to suggest I'm not geninue is false as trustpilot has my details and all freeadds would need to do is request it . This appears instead to be an attempt to smear the validity of my review. I will attempt to include photographic evidence of my attempts to contact them and their lack of reply.

Easy to create adverts. Send notifications of messages very quickly. Put a puppy up for sale at lunchtime and she was sold 2 hours later

Very easy to post an advertisement.
I have come to realise that some scammers steal your photos, ( no fault of freeads) from any sites that you use, so I’m now trying to watermark all my photos with my postal code, just so buyers know which area i live,
also i refuse to accept a deposit unless the buyers have been to visit my puppies.
If buyers are willing to pay to message me about a puppy then I know they are genuinely interested,
I still don’t understand how people can send money for a puppy that they have never seen, yet people still do this, you would never pay for a car without taking it for a test drive, so why pay for a puppy you have never seen, freeads cannot take responsibility for your actions.
I will continue to use freeads for buying and selling, it’s great and trustworthy
