Cagla at Fraser Hart at One New Exchange is super friendly, attentive with oodles of attention to detail. The customer service was ace!

I’ve always had a fantastic experience at Fraser Hart in Solihull Touchwood. It’s genuinely a pleasure walking into the store every time. The team makes sure you receive one-to-one attention and never make you feel rushed or pressured into buying. Instead, they take the time to explain all of the available options so you can make the right decision for yourself.

I’ve now bought two watches from Fraser Hart, and both experiences have been outstanding. Hassan and his colleagues are top-notch professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about what they do. Their customer service is exactly why I keep coming back.

When i took my Omega watch in for new battery, i asked how much it would cost, before i agreed to let them repair it. i was told £135.00 which i thought was ok
I paid in full and thought that was it done, unfortunately, when the watch was ready ( aprox 4 weeks) i was asked to pay another £115.00 which i was not told about when i left the watch
I would not have had it done by them if i thought it would cost £250.00.
Will not take it there again

My partner and I were looking for wedding rings, we were going from a shop to another looking for something that would fit our budget. We were greeted at Fraser Hart by Rosin, she was very nice and helpful giving us plenty of options and time to decide. It was really nice to see her trying to bring out something that would fit my style and would please us both. At the end we got ourselves the wedding rings and a beautiful engagement ring as my partner promised without a ring so I can pick one that i would like myself. Rosie and George were amazing and really helpful and polite. Great customer service ☺️

Visited meadowhall store, where we received first class service from Victoria. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient whilst we were chosing our wedding rings and A rado watch. It was a relaxed no pressure expirence. I would recommend Fraser Heart for all jewellery and watch purchases.

Tracy dealt with me I can’t say anything but good about her she was so professional and her customer service was excellent as I’d been to another well known jewelers got no help customer service was awful ,I’m very happy with the items I bought will definitely shop at Fraser Hart again

My experience was very rocky, if you place a special order make sure you leave a 12 week window as I was told 8 to 10 but it took 12. I had to purpose with a supplementary ring which I was told was a the right size it wasn’t it was 3 sizes too big. Once this issue had been escalated the experience improved especially when I switched from dealing with James, I then was mainly dealing with billy and the head of the company they were both absolutely brilliant about the situation and came to a resolution and now I’m engaged!

I've had my engagement ring since 2018 and my wedding ring since 2021. In 2021, the band of my engagement ring snapped. In 2022, a stone fell out of my wedding ring, after just over a year of wearing it. I was told that this had happened due to general wear and tear which I found an unacceptable excuse. At the beginning of this year, a stone fell out of my engagement ring and today, the band has snapped again. I've stopped going to Fraser Hart for repairs because I don't trust them at all.

My advice to anyone is to never buy jewellery from Fraser Hart. The quality is shocking.

Very helpful as usual did no book to have my ring cleaned but did it there and then
