Candles are excellent and a lot bigger then I expected, the scents are amazing and it’s the only candles I’ve ever bought that the scent actually lasts and you can smell it throughout the house, these are the only candles I would ever use thank you

This is the 3rd time ordering on line and as always the items where beautifully wrappes.

They produce great products. I am a repeat shopper. Never disappointed. Also, service is always great. Contact is not necessarily immediate (the chat option is not an AI driven chat). However, communication is always really good.

There are some frustrating features on the website/app, but the product and service more than make up for this.

Beautiful smelling candles and lovely presentation

Lovely candles - just received my second order. They last a good while and smell really nice. Packaging is lovely and they arrived when they say they will. I will be making more orders in the future.

I ordered a few Christmas gifts from the website and the items arrived quickly and well wrapped. The items smell lovely! I have used quite a few products from here previously and everything I have purchased I would buy again. The shop is also worth a visit!

Fabulous service again . I always use Franki sense as i can choose my favourite perfume for the candles , sponge soaps etc. I buy my friends and family birthday and Xmas pressys and they love it . Definitely recommend you pop in as you won’t be disappointed .
