Delighted with service provided. Not only was the product as ordered but also from placing order to delivery took only 3 days. Couldn't be happier.

Received item for less than half market price. Free samples in the box added to overall satisfaction. Immediate dispatch with next day delivery fulfilled. Full delivery tracking information given. Delivery company did call (from central office) to ensure all was fine with delivery on the next day after 1 st attempt. However, the delivery policy is to deliver to the door (residential household) Mon-Fri 8-4pm, signature required, not to leave parcel with the neighbor. That cost me over 3 hours of time and 30miles of driving to collect parcel from local depot. Local depot located in very busy industrial estate - in or out in peak hours takes about 30 minutes or more. Had to drive there twice as missed closing time first due to last 1000 yards of solid traffic. I can not imagine how to handle periodic ordering with that delivery routine?

I was very pleased with Fragrance expert. Firstly the after shave I wanted happened to be on offer so that was a good start and the delivery was excellent.I ordered Friday morning and it arrived by Monday..I shalll certainly shop with them again.

Great company not only got the beautiful perfume Ghost moonlight gift set in under 3 days but also got two samples Ghost Enchanted Bloom and Ghost Eclipse witch also smell gorgeous :) Got the gift set half price only costing £12.50 my nan well be very happy got it for Christmas everywhere else it well cost over £22 well defo be using Fragrance expert again as its free delivery to you cant go wrong with them :).

This is the second time I have used Fragrance Direct. I had never heard of them prior to that but have been very impressed with their service. The price is cheaper than the high street and delivery is excellent too, very quick and packaged very well. I particularly like the little free samples enclosed with my order too so I can try new fragrances without trailing to the shop. Thank you.

Really delighted to have found Fragrance Expert. Top quality, branded products at an unbelievable price, super fast delivery and excellent service to boot. I have to confess to being a bit of a cynic and was a little sceptical that there would be a catch. There wasn't. I'm going to be coming back again and again for Christmas, birthday and anniversary gifts. I might even treat myself to that luxury item I've been after for ages but just haven't been able to afford.

Having been informed the evening before to expect my delivery the following day I was unable to arrange to be at home. When arriving home I received no "sorry you were out card" but my delivery had been signed for by an anonymous name. It took a further two days to track who had signed for my delivery and a third for me to collect it. All could have been avoided if the courier informed me of who signed for my delivery. Very poor!

I have been purchasing my perfumes from fragrance expert since I found it two years ago. Very genuine products. Never had any problems with the products or the service.
Would definitely recommend to everyone to purchase from here. Cheaper then other websites.
