Do not waste your money

This place is a con, a joke. Do not purchase from fragman! The colognes smell horrible they are trying to dupe what they claim is real. You can not return these useless knock offs either. Don’t waste your money. The scent smells nothing like the real thing (which they claim these are) and the scent lasts about 1 minutes or less. Worthless

MFK BR540 Extrait 8ml came only 2/3rds full and pink liquid

They have a Buy One Get One free promo so I got MFK BR540 Extrait 8ml as one of them. When the package came, the sprayer of the vial doesn’t seem to be screwed on tightly and only 2/3rds full. I just asked someone today what a MFK BR540 Extrait is supposed to smell and look like. The one I got is not as strong and as sweet as it’s supposed to be, and it’s not supposed to be pink-colored. Either I got the wrong sample by mistake or I got scammed. I sent them a message, they told me to take a pic and email it to them.

I have other orders coming from them and I might just request a charge back for all of them if the issue is not resolved.

Late delivery, poor customer service

Placed an order a week prior to Christmas 2024, paid for faster shipping, and just received order on 17 January 2025.

Additionally, placed order for the 8ml Stephane Humberto Lucas God of Fire; however the order received today was Mango Kiss.

Lastly, sent several email previously about the lateness of my order and received no response to date.

Fragman. Not legit. Bond no 9 set.

Bought the bond no. 9 four piece travel set. I have a legit bottle of Lafayette street and Tribeca. The other two that came with it are New York nights and Greenwhich village. I wanted a travel size for travel all came in 8ml travel sprayers. Lafeyette street smelt the same but didn’t last nearly as long. Tribeca smelt nothing like the legit bottle. The other two don’t last long either. I wouldn’t recommend at all. Not legit IMO. Microperfumes for your travel sprayers and samples are the way to go. They never disappoint.

This group sucks

This group sucks! Ordered basic fragrances and paid for express shipping. Two weeks now and they haven’t even packaged my order. I’ll never use this shitty service again.

Ordered from them

Ordered from them. They sent out email said item was shipped. Tracking with no updates for several days. Emailed them. They made up some excuses and finally shipped out the samples. Samples received. All of them were either fake or very watered down version of original, also sent the wrong cologne. I'd AVOID them!

They suck and are scammers ..it's a…

They suck and are scammers ..it's a knock off like the dollar tree cologne it's a knock off version I received it and it sucked..came in a clear spray with a typed out tag that says Versace very cheap presentation and it didn't even have the smell of Versace totally screwed and it took over 6 days more than the original delivery so TAKE HEED They're SCAMMERS WITH CHEAP COLOGNE

Terrible experience

Long review! TLDR: ordered my package and paid double for express shipping, company didn’t ship express and lied. Package was a bday gift. Took two full weeks to get here. Company sends bot replies and offers no solutions. Would not buy from them again.

I ordered my order on 10/28 with express shipping. When I checked out the order stated I would receive the package between 10/31 and 11/02. It was for a birthday gift for 11/3 so that worked perfect. (Otherwise I would have gone with a different company or gift idea)
A day or so later it says it shipped and the delivery date was 11/5. I contacted the company and they said they sent it express and there was nothing they could do about it. Shipping updates from 11/5 to 11/2 then doesn’t move. On 11/4 I cañl UPS to to make package wasn’t lost because the delivery date went from 11/2 to “unknown” UPS says that the package hadn’t been picked up yet but also stated that Fragman did not send it express. It was ups ground. I contact the company again because I paid double for express shipping and they didn’t ship it express. I have never gotten a real response. It’s all bots or copy and paste. Just stating the package is on the way and no refunds are issued. The package then disappears and gets reshipped. So now it shows 11/9 delivery date. 11/9 comes and goes and the package is still not here. Shows unavailable again. No real response from the company. Finally today it’s showing out for delivery. Two full weeks after I ordered express.

Ordered samples for stocking stuffers. Expected mini bottles as shown in picture... Samples are like they give away for free in Department stores. Not even labelled nice. Wasted $40
