Avoid at all costs!!
Avoid at all costs!!! I had these fitted for 3 weeks only went on holiday after 2 days returned with rose pink/ ginger extensions and my own blonde hair! Called this company to be told that there’s a disclaimer on the internet which I knew nothing about!! No refund, no sorrow! It’s a disgrace! I’m hundreds of pounds down and after year of extensions i now have no faith!

Im so sorry you have experienced discolouration on your extension hair. This unfortunately is something you need to factor in when deciding whether or not to wear hair extensions abroad and is something that is covered within the aftercare sheet provided with every order, as well as noted in our terms and conditions. Discolouration of extension hair when exposed to sea/pool water, suncream and uv rays is very common. The wearing of hair abroad is something that we do advise against and is therefore done at the customers own risk. My team did advise some solutions that may work in regards to fixing the discolouration so hopefully you have managed to restore your extensions xx

The products were ordered on a Thursday evening before a bank holiday weekend, dispatched Friday, the delivery service selected was next working day which in this instance was the Tuesday. I hope this clears up the confusion xx

Love my transformation
Always come here for my extensions as the quality and service is so amazing. This time I came for full head of foils and extensions and the transformation was unbelievable! Love my new hair and all the girls in the salon are so welcoming and kind.

I order two bundles of hair and one has come back with huge long bonds . They would be so uncomfortable in your hair . The hair is expensive so you woululd think it would be chucked before it was sent out . One bunke is completely useless to me now .

All bonded extensions are individually hand rolled and not machine made, this can cause some discrepancies in the bond size across packs of hair. We offer a 14 day exchange/refund policy so please reach out to our team should you wish to return this bundle of hair too us and we can either exchange or refund x
Terrible
I bought a set of extensions ahead of my wedding day. They didn’t deliver the quantity I had paid for and when I emailed them, I was not offered any alternative resolution. They did not reimburse me for the returns postage either given the error was with the company themselves. I will never use them again

Hi Rita, Im so sorry to hear your feedback. We did receive communication from yourself that your package arrived minus one pack of hair. I can appreciate how frustrating this is. Although all orders are double checked before dispatch, human error does sometimes occur and i offer my sincere apologies for this. My team did offer to dispatch the extra pack of hair the very same day on next day delivery but you wished to send the order back instead. This was refunded fully alongside your return postage fee. I’ve had my hair in for two weeks, been washed twice so I’ve used heat twice and style my hair with the heartless curl method, the ends have become incredibly dry although using a deep conditioning mask and oil on the daily. I emailed the company for replacement and they told me it’s because I haven’t used their specific after care even though my aftercare is from a salon and is high standard. I’ve had extensions for years and never have I ever had hair this poor. Awful customer service and awful products DO NOT WASTE MONEY

You contacted our sales team with a query that the hair colour you had used on your extensions had caused the ends to become dry. We advised you that the manufacturers guidelines state that colouring of the extensions should not be performed and is done so at the customers own risk and we cannot be held responsible if any issues arise due to this decision.
This har colour disclaimer is printed on the back of the packaging, the aftercare sheet included with all orders and the FAQ section of the website. As extension hair has already been highly processed, we don't advise altering the hair any further as it can cause inconsistent results and can effect the hairs quality, especially if the colour brand chosen is not a professional hair colour range. You altered the hairs colour from dark blonde to a bright vibrant orange and unfortunately this lead to issues with the hair. We are disappointed that you have chosen to omit this information from your review as i don't feel that what has been described in your review is a true and accurate reflection of the interaction that was had between yourself and our sales team. As advised by the team, we feel a trim and treatment of the extensions with our deep repair boost should help if you are wanting to keep wearing the extensions.

Fantastic extensions & service
I was able to order my extensions and collect for free from the warehouse which is really helpful and easier for me.
I always order the same Russian 20’’ flat tips in silver. The are excellent quality and the colour match is perfect for me.
They are a little more expensive but in my opinion are far superior to others and other brands.
