Wonderful Service
I would like to retract from my previous feedback about Fox! It was done in frustration and doesn’t actually reflected the job done in UK. Like before; they carried out the Freight Move and Storage wonderfully, smoothly and went above and beyond in a very professional manner; I’m definitely appreciative and grateful. However, their shipping partner, World Wide Movers were bit slow and mixed comms with the clearance and therefore taking longer than anticipated. I should have taking into consideration that services are totally different in each continent, albeit unfair review on my part, Well and thank you Fox for the service back in UK….

BAD EXPERIENCE
Storage and movement from UK went wonderful and smoothly, however the freight reached its destination and holding up for more than three weeks and counting without being cleared from the Dakar port.. Worldwide Movers are very incompetent and clumsy’ wasting other parties funds. I still haven’t receive my freight neither delivered. I’m very disappointed with Fox’s choice of shipping company, namely WWM. BAD EXPERIENCE!

Please rest assured that Fox International carried out every part of the origin service in the UK to the highest standard and within our control, which is reflected in your smooth collection, storage, and departure process. Unfortunately, port congestion, customs procedures, and the performance of the destination agent fall outside of our direct control once a shipment has left the UK. That said, we take your experience very seriously and will be conducting a full review with our partners overseas to understand what has gone wrong and ensure lessons are learned.
We do appreciate how disruptive this has been for you, and we regret that your impression of Fox has been affected by circumstances beyond our team’s reach. For this reason, we feel a 1-star rating is not reflective of the service Fox provided at origin. Nonetheless, your comments will help us push for improvements with our partners abroad.
