Nettle workshop at British Wild Food Festival , very informative and would consider future workshops with Gavin

Gavin is incredibly knowledgeable about the hedgerows - you could say he's outstanding in his field. He's happy to answer any questions and comfortable to admit the limits of his knowledge (and file suggestions away for future experiments).

Excellent and interesting, lots of fun information and different ways to use plants at home!

My friends and I had a foraging talk with Gavin and we all found it really interesting and informative. I never realised how many uses the simple plants that are in abundance around us have. We also enjoyed tasting some examples of goods produced from foraging. The dandelion honey and nettle cordial were delicious! I feel like I could listen to Gavin for ages, he has a clear breadth and depth of knowledge and experience in foraging.

Gavin is super friendly, and full of knowledge! Spent 45 mins with him learning all about the different uses for 4 common plants, at the British food festival at Hardwick Hall.
Will 100% look into doing a course with him!

Very interesting walk and a very knowledgable bloke. An eye opening experience, it’s amazing what you can pick and eat from within 100 yards of your front door.
