I would never recommend this company to anyone.! I used to love this company but now they never answer emails if you have questions about your orders and when you call them they tell you oh we never received any emails. I showed time stamps and everything and all I got was oh it has already been prepared but you can refuse it for store credit. At this point I don’t want anything from this company. I emailed them less than 24hours after placing and never got anything back! Now I am stuck with store credit if I refuse the package instead if my money back! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CROOKS!

I've bought multiple items from this company. I gave two of the items 4 stars, those reviews were published the next day. I posted a 2 star "Disappointed" review on 10/11/21 for their newest bench (which I pre-purchased on 9/7/2021 and arrived on 10/8/202), they responded with an email asking me to contact their warranty dept which I did. They responded by saying we are sorry you are unhappy, your review is still in the vetting stage. A few weeks went by, a 5 star review was posted on the bench by someone else so I posted my review again. I got a response asking me to verify that I had written the review, which I varified. A few more weeks went by, another 5 star review was posted on the bench and my review was still not posted. So now it's been 5 weeks since I sent the 1st review and they have not published it. The review I submitted was long and detailed with regard to both the good and disappointing element of their new bench. The main disappointments are: 1. No assembly instructions in the box or on their site. 2. despite advertising that the bench is fully adjustable it is not easily adjustable (especially mid-scene) as it requires using a small allen wrench to loosen and tighten two tiny set screws for each arm/knee rest (should have been knobs).

The thing with Fort Troff is, you only see reviews they publish. So even if a product gets 2000 negative reviews and 2 positive reviews. You only see the positive reviews. which is misleading and fraudulent.

Their products are also terrible. the ball stretcher is bad fit and impossible to put on due to lack of elasticity.
their masks are also poorly made. the ones that's supposed to be black out has light coming in and the mouth opening is rough.

their bumper bright is the biggest scam of all. absolutely no effect whatsoever and i've used 4 tubes.

Everything on there is twice the price from everywhere else too. Sometimes more.

Stay away from this company. Purchased a product that was expose to be scent free. When it arrived it smelled like someone dumped a bottle of dime store perfume in it. I had pay $12.xx for shipping. If I want to return it I have to send pay for the return. Shipping. So so they would be about $32.xx in shipping to get store credit that I’ll have to pay another shipping charge. Do not buy from this company. They will not post negative reviews. You cannot trust this company!

I have been a customer of FortTroff.com for 6 years now. Every order comes on time and if there is an issue they do replace the product. We had two rings in which the product's battery would no longer charge and they replaced the items. We did have to pay for shipping to send them back.

Customer service has been good with our experience!

Packaging is also wonderful to receive. You know it is a FortTroff order when it arrives and the packaging peanuts go nicely down the drain. It makes us feel better we are sending less to the landfill and more to be recycled.

Best time to catch FortTroff is during their sales and free shipping events.

Better hope your purchases work or they make you pay the return shipping! It took 5 days just to get an address to ship the thing back to and have had zero correspondence since doing so. They are PAINFULLY slow to deal with issues, if you even can call it that. It is now Jan. 10th, and I am still having to deal with my Black Friday order. Do Yourself a favor and use Amazon.

Worst company I have ever dealt with price doubled after purchase with import costs never again

horrible customer service. Need a spare charging cable for one item I ordered. Sent serveral times a mail, but no response.

Having ordered one item, I received this within the shipping window advertised on the website in perfect quality. I then received a second parcel which was a free promotional item that they had forgotten to include but still sent out anyway.

Can't fault them.

Horrible Service... they charged my credit card but never sent goods.
Did send several emails, never received any reply.
Will press charges now

A few times I have complained to Fort Troff about a Freeballer Stretch that is much too small and therefore unusable. There is absolutely no response to my complaint. Very annoying.

Absolutely horrible customer service. They have no standards, would give a negative star if I could.

I placed an order yesterday with a free shipping coupon that was supposed to be delivered to Toronto, Canada. Once I received the email confirmation I noticed that the shipping address was all correct, but somehow it said it was going to Arizona as opposed to Toronto, it even still said Canada for the country... I emailed them right away asking if this could be fixed, also noting that if the free shipping was only for US customers (knowing that this could be the case) that I no longer would like my order. Their shipping from US to CA is $50 USD, which is laughably over the actual cost of shipping.

I heard no response from their team, so I called today to regurgitate the same information and the snarky guy on the phone told me that "no unfortunately the free shipping is only within the US", so I told him I would like my order cancelled. He proceeded to tell me that, wait for it... That was not possible. He was now going to update the shipping info which would in turn charge me the additional $50 USD shipping that I am not / was not ever willing to pay. Because of the mixup and just out of good will, I asked if he could please reverse the order since it hasn't even been shipped yet. He then went on to tell me that if I look at the FAQ section on their page it says that they can not cancel orders and that you can not get a refund, only store credit.

I can not believe how much money I was just roped in to paying for such tiny items... What type of company doesn't even have at least a 24hr grace period to cancel an order?

Horrible company, would not recommend. Especially if you are not 100% you'll want to keep the item you buy.

I have placed multiple orders with Fort Troff. My most recent order, the company made a mistake and did not include my apartment number on the package.

First they blamed me. When I pointed out that the address was correct as it appeared on the screenshots from their internal system they provided, but was wrong on the package, they stopped responding.

I emailed again to let them know I was unable to pick up or receive the package because of their error.

They have not once apologized. They have not once admitted to making a mistake. They offered me store credit.

Their website does not allow for reviews to be posted. Seems like accountability issues, despite quality products, and I can’t support an inconsistent business.
