A very disappointed customer!
I ordered two parcels from this company and, when I contacted them in May because I had not received tracking information, I was told they would look into it.
I was subsequently told that both parcels had been delivered by post. However, the delivery date they provided was during the King’s Birthday long weekend, when no mail was delivered. Despite repeatedly following up and sending numerous emails, I received no satisfactory resolution.
Eventually, after considerable persistence, they agreed to issue me a 65% refund. That was three weeks ago, and I am still waiting for the money to be credited to my account.
Every time I contact them about the outstanding refund, I receive the same generic response: “Your refund request is under review. We appreciate your patience.”
This is completely unacceptable. I have been patient for long enough. I paid for goods I did not receive, was given misleading information about their delivery, and am now being made to wait weeks for a refund they already agreed to provide.
I strongly recommend that people DO NOT BUY from this company. Based on my experience, their customer service has been extremely poor, communication has been misleading, and their handling of my refund has been completely unacceptable.
Think twice before giving this company your money.
