DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE. Purchased a pair of sneakers online. They were listed on sale at $149.95 but when I paid I was charged $220. They are refusing to do anything about it stating I should just return them, as if they can be trusted to handle a refund. What they did is "theft by deception"

Lost My Order - Limited Edition Shoes

Ordered via EQL, paid immediately, waited over 2 weeks with incorrect tracking, then told the order was “lost”.

Resolution was simply a refund — no replacement, no compensation, no accountability — despite missing out on the product at the original price.

Customer service hides behind “system limitations” rather than actually resolving issues.

Very disappointing experience and not what you’d expect from a major retailer.

I ordered air max and they sent me kids shoes now they are saying I can't get the original shoes I paid for re sent I can only get my money minus postage and a two week wait horrible replacement policy horrible customer service do not buy from them spoke to Mia at customer service

Terrible exchange policy

Terrible exchange policy. I bought a pair of shoes online at the Boxing Day sale. The shoes were too small. The day after they were delivered I took them to the store to exchange for them for a bigger size. As the sale was no longer running they said I had to pay the full price to get the right size shoe.

Footlocker are a disgusting business that does not care about there customers.Wasted my time twice in a row Ordered sneakers on sale online
1 week later email saying no stock .
Reordered another pair same thing.
Call customer service handled with off shore call centre they don’t care .
And no options to help .
Pathetic company that has no service.
Calling out these dodgy companies with bad service .

If i could give Foot Locker a Zero…

If i could give Foot Locker a Zero would.

Recently purchased a pair of Nikes online showing stock available, checked out and paid with purchase order number only to have my purchase cancelled 2 days later advising no stock.
I emailed Foot Locker requesting explanation and a form of goodwill recognising the inconvenience caused to myself and they couldn't care less.

Last time shopping with them.

Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. Foot Locker uses misleading pricing to attract customers, then cancels orders days later. My order was confirmed, I waited over a week, and it was canceled one by one with no real explanation. It’s a scam. This wastes customers’ time and feels dishonest. Shop elsewhere if you want reliability.

Worst customer service I have ever…

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! Purchased shoes for my son mid November to be organised for Christmas, they remained in the postage packaging until 3 days before Christmas when I wrapped the box. On Christmas he tried them on and unfortunately they were too small due to a recent growth spurt. I contacted customer service on Christmas Day knowing they wouldn’t reply until the next day of business. They told me I was out of the time period to return and would have to present in store to follow up. I notified them I was 6 hours from a store, hence the online purchase. They simply replied they could not assist me further. So incredibly sad this is real life we are living in. I just simply wanted to exchange for a larger size. WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN!

I ordered online during a promotional…

I ordered online during a promotional period and one of the items was cancelled after several days due to being out of stock.

If I had known this earlier, I would not have ordered the second item at all. My purchase decision was based on buying both items together.

I also paid a shipping fee, which makes this experience even more frustrating, as I ended up paying shipping for an order I would never have placed under these circumstances.

As compensation, I received a $20 voucher, however it cannot be used together with the current site-wide promotion and it is of no practical value. It does not help me replace the cancelled item, nor is there any suitable product I can purchase with it.

Poor stock management, late cancellation and unfair compensation. Overall a disappointing online shopping experience.

I bought some Puma trainers

I bought some Puma trainers, which I question if they are genuine to be honest. They were size 10US but very small like a Chinese sizing. I asked for an exchange for a larger size however they would not consider replacing them as a tag was not with them despite being brand new and tried on for 5 min realising they are incorrect sizing. Now I am stuck with rubbish quality trainers that I doubt are Puma that done fit.

Extremely disappointed – feels like a scam

On November 28th, I won a raffle to purchase the Cat Black sneakers, which was supposed to be an exciting experience. Instead, it has been an absolute nightmare.
My shoes were supposed to arrive on March 8th, and to this day, I am still waiting. There has been no proper delivery, no clear explanation, and no accountability from Foot Locker.
I have contacted Foot Locker multiple times by email, and all I get are vague responses with no concrete answers about what actually happened to my order. No solution, no replacement, no refund — just silence or copy-paste replies.
This was my first time ordering online from Foot Locker, and it will definitely be my last. I do not recommend participating in raffles or buying anything online from them. If you value your money and your time, stay away.
I genuinely feel misled and scammed. This level of service is completely unacceptable for a company of this size.

Very disappointed...

Ordered Adidas sneakers, only to be charged, then sent a “sorry” item you ordered is out of stock & we don’t know when we will be able to restock it !
Ah 🤔then maybe remove it from your online store before taking my money🤬
They said we haven’t charged your card yet …that had better prove true or I’m following up with consumer complaints body
Bad online store, bad service, bad false advertising of products they do not even have in stock or will ever possibly have in stock !

Afterpay purchase on a pair of shoes

Afterpay purchase on a pair of shoes. I have waited past the advised 5-7 working days, also taking into consideration the Christmas peak. Spoke to a representative on the phone yesterday to provide me with an update on my order status. This has stayed the same for a week, was then told to call the next day and an investigation would take place. Called today, to be then told another 5 days to investigate. A refund can only be made after the first or second day of Purchase. Really disappointed and won't purchase online again because of this.

Could one enlightened me with some information regarding this, if they've had a similar experience before, and what was the outcome if so?

I purchased shoes during the sale as I couldn’t afford to do it during the normal days. I got vouchers based on that.
After purchase - 2
Days later they tell me they do not have the stock and they will
Not allow me to buy any other shoes at the sale price.
They refused to return my money in cash as my voucher was only with footlocker.
I’m stuck as my son needs the shoes badly and I’m forced to buy from footlocker at the original price which is absolutely unfair for me. My money is blocked. Now I have no choice but to buy at full price which is difficult for me. They have put me in a very compromising situation and it’s not fair that I have to bear the brunt of their mistake and there is no adjustments whatsoever. Will
Never go there again and this was handled very unprofessionally and didn’t even expect such a big company to treat me like this

Bought a set of nike Jordan's online. They sent me the left shoe only in the box.
Have provided all photo evidence that they requested and they won't refund my money or send a replacement set.
What good is one shoe!!!

Dont buy online for new releases

Dont buy online for new releases, if you not a scalper or reseller you won't get your shoes, item purchased and then told out of stock but at certain "reseller" they have over 50 in stock

Atrocious customer care they just want to make a buck buy selling all their stock to resellers for quick cash grabs, ill never shop with footlocker again and I advise you to do the same

Do not buy from here

Do not buy from here! I bought a pair of Nike Women’s Air Max Plus sneakers, which turned out to be a half size too small. They are brand new in their original condition, however I threw out the box thinking they were the correct size. Footlocker won’t accept a return simply because I don’t have the box, so I have lost AUD $250. Never again purchasing from this store.

Foot Locker is the place for Nike TNs and Air Max

Foot Locker is easily the best store when it comes to picking up Nike TNs (Tuned 1/Air Max Plus) and Air Max in general. The selection is always strong, their shipping is prompt, and the in store staff are friendly and helpful, which makes the whole experience smooth.

One thing that could be improved is the website. During major drops the site can struggle with the amount of foot traffic and sometimes crashes, which makes it tough to secure pairs. It would also be great if the upcoming release calendar was brought back, even just with rough estimates instead of exact dates. That would make it much easier to plan and save up for the pairs I want.

Overall though, Foot Locker is still my go to for Nike TNs and Air Max.

I would not recommend purchasing from…

I would not recommend purchasing from Footlocker AU. My personal details and purchase order were sent to a completely different state, address, and person.

What makes the situation worse is that, despite contacting them via email and phone, I have received no response for over a week regarding a return or refund. Footlocker has taken no responsibility and instead requires the items to be sent back to their facility for a refund. There is no option for them to correct their error and resend the order.

This is a clear breach of confidentiality and a reflection of very poor customer service.

Bought a few items online in one purchase, foot locker sent the wrong item, which was cheaper then the one I bought, I’ve submitted a complain but went travel abroad for a month, because of this went over their 28-day return policy, instead of making up for their mistakes and send me the item I actually bought they said I had to return the wrong item first PHYSICALLY in their store, which they had none near me, they wouldn’t accept me to post it nor bear the costs,
