Communication and product ordered were well received and on time. Great price. Just be mindful when buying online if the item is not already in-stock you will have an extra waiting period. Good interactions and service with quick email response and order/delivery tracking.

I was really pleased with this shopping…
I was really pleased with this shopping experience! I had a good idea of the reference numbers of the stock items that I wanted to order, but the Footesmusic website made it very clear what my available stock items were, and which were out of stock.
Once ordered, I was kept up to date with progress of my delivery. Really vey pleased.

Great experience
Great experience for me. I ordered an electronic drum kit, and found it cheaper the next day. They matched the price without any fuss, and it was even dispatched early! It arrived in great condition and I'm delighted with it. So I'll definitely be using them again.

Great service, would highly recommend
Rang Footes for advise on which electric drum kit to but for my 12 yr old daughter for her bday/Christmas present, the chap was really helpful and his recommendation was Roland (her drum teacher also recommended this make) i ordered the roland td1dmk bundle, delivery was super speedy and the drums are brilliant, one very happy girl.

Very good delivery service as the drumsticks I ordered came exactly on time as they were supposed to. They also make sure to update you with emails so you know exactly when the parcel you order is about to be delivered and has been delivered. The 2 pairs of carbon fibre drumsticks I bought also aren't fake and are legit.

Brilliant responses from Rob every time I ask stupid questions! Always friendly and informative and over and above in terms of providing advice, no pretentious flabby opinionated rubbish that you can get from other music shops.
