Five stars, a couple of issues with deliveries but Sam and Rob are easy to deal with and the cymbals, drums and heads I’ve bought have all been good quality and in perfect condition. Issues were resolved without fuss and all in all I’m very happy.

Had an issue with PayPal payment but when I called Rob sorted it out straight away and dispatched quickly. Great customer service.

Historically, service has been very good. Current order part cancelled due damaged stock, 2 items delivered, of which one is the wrong size. No response to 2 emails requesting return label 2 days later - very disappointing.

Awesome service from Sam. Sadly first drum arrived with a bit of damage due to a loose Allen key and NOT the fault of Footes. Explanation and assistance from Sam was outstanding and looking forward to getting the replacement and starting my online Darbuka lessons.
