Really great service! I wanted a frame drum and wasn't sure what size would be best. Rob advised me over email with quick and helpful replies to my queries. The drum arrived in just a few days. I really can't fault anything; I'm a very happy customer!

I bought from Footes for the first time earlier this year, and have since gone back to them for further purchases.
I have been happy with all of my purchases so far. I have also been impressed with their customer service, having spoken with them over the phone a few times about my orders. Each time they were friendly.
