Excellent advice and informative staff, would highly recommend for anybody that wants to learn their personal training qualifications.

Came on to course a little late had Katie as my tutor she made it very easy for me to get up to speed and simplified what I found difficult would definitely recommend

I did a personal trainer course level 2 and 3 and a sports massage course. I want to thank Steve and Ben for the work done, as the teachers here are professionals in their field. I learned a lot of practice and theory on the personal trainer course, it was a pleasure to work with Steve, his teaching method excellent. On the massage course, I liked Ben's tactics, he always answered the questions posed and none of the students was left without attention, there were interesting games, it was easy to learn and it was a pleasure. Focus fitness is a wonderful team, where the best teachers and the best students are gathered .

All the TUTORS WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL. ESPECIALLY ALEEM, RICHARD,STEVE AND MATT.

DEFINITELY COMING BACK FOR SOME OTHER COURSES !!!

Completed PT level 2/3 at focus fitness and I have to say the course was very informative, our teacher Richard has been amazing, very supportive and extremely helpful.
I would recommend enrolling for courses in this practice as all the members are very helpful.

I had great support throughout my whole course. Such a friendly and knowledgeable environment where I enjoyed coming to every weekend. The staff and tutors couldn’t have been more helpful and supportive towards getting my certificate.

I did the Personal Trainer course with Focus Fitness. We had a blast. The atmosphere in the class was great and although we found the course really intense (some trying to fit it around full time jobs, some trying to fit it around their families and other responsibilities), if you made the effort and put the time in it’s doable and you’ll be qualified in no time. Our tutor Richard was great, very knowledgeable and always patient to explain w everything so we could understand. The assessment team was great, giving us constructive feedback so that we can improve and learn from our experience. I found it really useful that we had an in person assessment every week as we had an opportunity to practice what we learned. Overall it was a great experience and I will miss my classmates and the Focus Fitness team.

I did a level 3 sports massage course, I liked the atmosphere on the course. My teacher Ben explained clearly, interacted well with the class. I learned a lot of new information, after the course I will use all the knowledge in practice, I feel confident that I can be successful in this case thanks to the course.
