Amazing !!!!!

I have just finished level 4 Sport Massage with #Focus Fitness and I was incredibly impressed by the course. Matt is an outstanding, informative teacher. The level 4 course for sport massage is a very intense one, jammed with information but helped me to better understand my client's problems and aid them. It was an exhilarating experience, with a positive environment, it's a shame it finalised so soon. I highly recommend taking this course at this school.

Very informative class, I have learnt al lot about massage sports therapy. My tutor was very patient and skilled.

Really enjoyed the level 3 sports massage course, it was a good intensity and structure was clearly outlined to get everything done by the end of the 6 weeks. Aleem is a great teacher who really wants you to succeed.

Extremely grateful to my tutor Ben, but also Sean and the rest of the Focus Fitness team. This course has taught me so much over the past couple of weeks - I’ve gained knowledge, technique, confidence, and am even leaving this course having made amazing new friends.
Level 3 requires a lot of focus (no pun intended), as there are a lot of assignments to complete; therefore it’s best to stay on top of it all before it piles up!

Ben was my instructor for my Gym instructor and PT course, a very good instructor who is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic which made the course enjoyable, the course can be overwhelming in the beginning and if you don’t stay up to date with assignments but the team of instructors they have are always willing to give you a helping hand and teach you everything you want and need to know about your course

I have been doing this course for over 10 weeks alrewady, Ben my proffesor is great teacher with very nice understanding of fitness and cleae way to teach us, higly recommend for the begining of career!
