Paul was lovely! He came to take some house photos for my letting agency, I haven’t seen the photos yet but he was a lovely man, very kind and chatty.

Antony was friendly, professional & easy going. He helped to make taking photos my house sale a relaxed experience - I was a bit nervous about the whole thing!

Photographer was accommodating and also perceptive of the stress of getting a house ready for photo’s at 2.50pm when it needs to be ready for 3pm. He was very calm, professional and worked around me.

We received excellent service today from our photographer, Paul, who visited us in order to take photos of our property, on behalf of our Estate Agent. Paul was really courteous and considerate.

Lucas came and only had to take 2 outdoor photos of my house, and the floor plan was handed to him he only had to make a few alterations to it. When he was leaving I asked when he would send over the photos and floor plan and he said it would be done that evening. When they weren't sent by the following afternoon, I messaged him and called him, asking to get in touch. He didn't. So I did a live chat later that afternoon on focal Agent with Hasfa, who informed me Lucas hadn't sent anything through, and that he would chase it. It is now the end of the day and still nothing. Hense the one star I'm giving.
Since writing this review Tom got in touch and sorted things. I would give him 5 stars for responding to the review and sorting it so promptly.

Friendly and efficient done in no time

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from Matt. During the property photos, he moved items around “to improve the shot” but then left them in completely inappropriate places, which actually made the photos look worse. For example, he removed the toilet roll from the bathroom to make that photo look better, but then left it visible in a bedroom photo.

When I asked for this to be edited, I was told it was my estate agent’s problem and that he had “done his job”. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect basic attention to detail when marketing a home.

He then texted me at 8:50pm. I called at 9pm to discuss the issue properly and was told I was “harassing” him and was even called “pathetic” for wanting the photos of my home to be right. During the conversation about customer service, he also asked what I did for a job, which was completely irrelevant and unprofessional.

I would not recommend based on my experience. Professionalism and basic customer service were seriously lacking.

The photographer was friendly, respectful of the property he was photographing and very professional.

Very reassuring and professional. Would definitely recommend.
