It was a really bad experience. Initially, we agreed on the itinerary and paid 50% of the amount, but later they mentioned we could not get the same flights. They changed the itinerary, and we ended up paying more for the changed one. We didn't get the same flights as we had originally paid for, and no one informed us about the long layover (8 hours). My parents are old, and the long layovers were especially difficult for them. We are really frustrated.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Flyopedia.

I attempted to reschedule my flight and it took them almost a month to provide a confirmed ticket, despite having made the payment well in advance. The lack of communication and efficiency from their customer service was unacceptable. Every time I reached out for an update, I was met with vague responses and unfulfilled promises. These guys are bunch of crooks who never respond right/even compensate for their mistakes. This level of service is simply unacceptable, and I would strongly advice others to avoid using Flyopedia for travel needs.

Nasima helped me to go travel plan smooth and she got me the flight in reasonable cost.

I have very bad experience with this company.I have plan to travel to India through Indian airlines and they helped to book the flight but my trip got cancelled and the flyopedia is charging 3 times than the cost of the actual cancellation fee by air India.Please make sure to read the cancelation policy.We always think that the policy with Agent and airlines will be same as I booked with different agents and never saw the difference When I was taking with their manager he told me to get the audio recording about our communication and he never get back as there was some gap in our communication and he promised to lister that recording and come to some conclusion and he never got back .Base on my experience I recommend any one booking through agent should compare the change of fee and cancellation fees very carefully.

Muskaan Gena is a wonderful associate. She shows multiple options when the prices are not met and she is very customer friendly, patient, quick and very detailed oriented.

We need more people like Muskaan in the airlines industry to save time customers and get the tickets finalized in an easy and efficient manner.

My 2020 flight got cancelled due to Covid and I am still trying to get my refund. Pathetic customer service. They shake their hands by giving airline customer care number and call them to get refund. They make fools out of you. This is almost 2024. I gave email proof and all the conversation.

I have booked an Air India flight through FLYOPEDIA Agency, Ref number: 2MI9DU on 26th OCT from Toronto to Hyderabad via Delhi. Flight got cancelled because of some technical issue, hence I asked to cancel the ticket through Air India customer care and asked for the refund. Hence refund was initiated on 28th OCT and was told me that by 20 days I would be getting the refund via Agency with NIL cancellation charges as it was INVOLUNTARY CANCELLATION.

Total amount I have paid for the ticket : 1790 CAD, whereas clearly the ticket price is 1221 CAD, i got the refund from AIRLINES. The remaining amount which was done as the split transaction from Agency as International Air Tr SKYR i.e., CAD 360+ CAD 208.34, i have to receive this amount.

I have been fighting with the Agency Guys MANAV & NITHIN for more than 40 days, and I have received only a partial refund. I have contacted the FLYOPEDIA agency and they have informed me saying that the remaining amount will be refunded via Airlines itself. But as per yesterday's conversation with the Agency guys MANAV & NITHIN they are saying that the remaining amount i.e., $360+$208.34 is TAXES & FUEL CHARGES and they informed me that Air India won't be refunding the Tax and Fuel charge. When the flight has been cancelled, why do you charge for TAX & FUEL?

Worst & Fraud Agency specially MANAV & NITHIN who are dealing with this. They are not even providing valid proof about the transactions made. Very much disappointed as they are just fooling by making up stories. FLYOPEDIA IS A FRAUD AGENCY including MANAV & NITHIN as they are the scammers.

Booking ticket for entire family from last 9 years.
Never disappointed. Rates lower than the online prices on other websites.
Shekar (Sher singh) is quick and fast he is the best. Give him a raise.

Interaction was great.. immense customer focussed and doing best for the customer.. Muscan did a great job, i am immensly pleased with her customer service.. and follow-up. i will not hesitate to give all the business in coming years.
