Very fast and pleasant delivery. The driver was excellent. The door was of good quality, the only problem I had was the bottom lock wasn't quite lined up which took me 10 minutes to sort out. Overall very happy and would recommend to anyone.

French door made to measure order.. perfect. From setting up my online account, submitting details to receiving confirmation phone call. Can't fault.. Also delivered a week earlier than scheduled and when I requested a couple more glass spacers they not only obliged but also sent a fit pack..

Purchased sliding doors with wide side panels for a dormer loft conversion. We had so many questions and specific requirements. Bradley was outstanding. We never felt rushed, or that we were being any bother. He always went above and beyond and with such patience and attention to detail. The doors themselves are lovely, but it was customer service from Bradley that really set this company above all others and made me feel the need to write this review. Great products and great team. Great price, prompt delivery, excellent quality

Ordered French doors for a June build - a stock item , very pleased with item and delivery once delivered. The delivery drivers were very helpful offloading the doors for me . The build has only just taken place due to the weather being poor over July . Doors were installed with no hassle by a builder , but once I went to lock one of the French doors the clip inside the lock came off and the barrel fell to pieces , rendering the lock unusable and the door could not be locked . We purchased a new lock the following day , so glad we did as customer services have not been very helpful which unfortunately lets the company down hence why the two stars!
