Awesome property with LOTS of entertainment! This property is unbelievable...the pictures does it no justice! The gated community, water park, basketball court, private pool in the backyard, spacious 5 bd/ba house is EVERYTHING! My son truly enjoyed his 15th birthday celebration with his friends, dad, and myself. More than enough room for 2 adults and 4 teenagers! Less than 20 mins away from Universal Studios (shuttle provided on Saturday’s only if you don’t want to drive). Book with them...you WON’T be disappointed

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Conch Cottage, managed by Florida Premier Rentals! We were so impressed with the quick communication with the management company, the cleanliness of the property, and the amazing amenities. The house was beautiful, well taken care of, and in a very nice location. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub, drove to Disney a few days (a short drive) and spent some time at the water park within the community. We couldn't have had a more fantastic time. We wouldn't hesitate to book another property with this management company.

We booked this trip months before covid restrictions took place, for the holiday of a lifetime in April 2020. At the time, our flights were cancelled by British Airways, holiday parks were closed, US borders were closed to us and we were not allowed to leave the UK. We were unable to get any compensation for the thousands of pounds we spent on accomodation via our insurance company because Florida Premier Rentals T+Cs stated monetary refunds were possible if they could not fulfil the booking. I have been in emails back and forth for months and still they are not giving our money back to us. In exasperation I recently emailed and stated we would have to leave a poor review and report to financial ombudsman. The owner of this UK based company Karen Collinson stated that they have 'bent over backwards' to offer us the chance to rebook a holiday without a rebooking fee. She stated also that she will not be bullied or blackmailed. I am at a complete loss as to how to respond to such a situation, and these kinds of responses. I therefore felt compelled to warn others that if they take the risk and decide to book holiday accommodation with this company, based on my experience, there is likely to be no way they will get their money back in the event of circumstances beyond their control.

Everything about the property was incredible. Loved the house, location, amenities, pool, beds, etc. My kids loved the Mario Room and the Candy Land Room. They actually begged to leave Disney World so we could go back to the house and play.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Florida Premier Rentals "The Lily Pad" home in Orlando over Labor Day weekend 2020. The screening room was amazing. The adults sat on the back row and the kids on the front shouting at the screen and reacting to every scene. It was like our own little Mystery Science Theater! The house was big and gave everyone plenty of room to spread out, but it also had great congregating areas, too. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the children had a blast in the backyard. Overall, we had a smashing good time!

We stayed at a six bedroom home in Four Corners for the fourth of July holiday. The home was absolutely beautiful! I loved the decor. It was very spacious, clean and well kept! I wiped the home down with Clorox wipes and surprisingly found no dirt/dust. I was very impressed! My family and I had a ball! The staff was friendly and very responsive. Looking forward to returning next summer!

My stay at the Blue Pearl through Florida Premier Rentals was nothing short of exceptional. The property was beautiful and well maintained. The 9 bedroom home held my family comfortably which consisted of 6 littles ages 5-12, 5 young adults ages 18-25 and 6 adults ages 32-40. Will definitely be booking my Florida stay through Florida Premier Properties from here on out.

I have been booking my holidays with FPR for the last two years and they're a great company to work with, If you're looking to book your next vacation FPR has loads of villas in different areas of Orlando.

We were also due to go last month but with the pandemic on weve had had to re-schedle our dates which is great Ellie got this sorted for us straight away.

I am so happy we got to re-schelde our dates as I know some companies arent offering even offering a change of dates or refunds!!

Being in buisness myself I know how hard it can be and that you couldn't possibly refund as you need the money to make it out of this crisit!! otherwise there wouldn't be a business left!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. We booked a stay with this company and our plans changed. They would not consider refunding our deposit or even issuing a credit for a different stay. Poor business ethics.

My cancellation request was 6/16/2020, this allows nearly 15 weeks for another booking, easy enough. I hardly think any of your other parties are out any money (Homeaway said you control the decision regarding the return of deposit).

We had such a wonderful vacation renting the home from Florida Premier Rentals in Encore resorts. Perfect size for the nine of us and so very clean. So many extras included. Pool, hot tub, water park, game room, bar and restaurants! Short drive to the parks and easy to get back and forth to! We will be back!!

Everyone in our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was quite roomy and everyone enjoyed their own personal space. I absolutely loved the decor! The hot-tube and pool at the house was an added luxury and taken advantage by all, especially during our down days, when not at Disney. I would definitely stay at this property again and highly recommend it. It had all the conveniences of home.

Florida Premier Rentals was absolutely amazing for our family vacation. Clean, modern, cozy, and great location not too far from the parks, but far enough that it wasn't busy. Great access to restaurants and stores. Great services available for our stay. Lightning fast responses to emails. We will be using them again!

We had a large family and we had an awesome time in this vacation rental. Service was awesome, the house was clean, and prompt service for any issues that came about. Will rent again in the near future.
