I have only done 5 shift with Florence and I can honestly say that am extremely happy to be part of their team, plenty of shifts available which suits me so I can work around my partners rota, having the ability to work flexible shifts has been a great game changer for me and my family, I have a child who has adha and is on the autism spectrum and being able to get my shifts that fit around her needs is just great, am so glad I joined, keep up the great work Florence xxx

I must state categorically that Florence is a body established and operates based on professionalism. Florence responds to every of my complaints with spread of light and proffers solution(s) instantaneously. More so, there is liberal shift allocation where I pick shifts at my convenience. Every time I put on the Florence uniform I feel so much above the world because at the end of every shift I get good commendations from staffs and always request that I come back. My only regret is that I did not join the team long time ago.

Florence is an exceptional agency. The best I have ever worked with. I have done only five shifts with them and I feel like quitting my primary job and work with them alone. But the last shift I did wasn't so good. The home was good and it's the second time I worked with them of which the first time was okay, but the agency nurse i worked with only had little time to help and appeared to be bitter right from when she saw me. She dished out instructions and was never satisfied even when I did my job and hers too. And she lied about my performance during her handover in the morning.

Excellent staff, hard working and eager to help.

So far i am so happy and pleased working with florence. I hope in the nearest future i will be much happier. Thank you.

Florance are a great agency they help all the time

As a lot of you know I reviewed this agency b ur seems like they’ve removed it I will screenshot this time, because they breached GDPR with me which was not reported so they will get a fine when I take this agency to court for liability as they have really damaged my reputation as a good worker. I have all the proof they lie to you constantly do not recommend!!!!

I am delighted to say that I have provided exceptional care to the residents, thanks to the resources that were provided to me. Quality care is what I prioritize and I am pleased to have delivered that.

My experience working with Florence has been smooth and enlightening. I’ve learnt how to work in various setting and environment. I feel more confident now thanks to all of the shifts. Staff and customer service response is excellent.

Awful, terrible, very unprofessional.
Invisible employer.
After 250 shifts worked for them in 2 years and half, they do not reply, they delay giving references.
To wake them up, a lawsuit is the only solution against their ignorance.
Especially because of them , a very successful start of employment is delayed .
Update: they finally replied( via chat ).
Not on the phone.
Update after their reply:
No-one asked you reference over the phone.
But every time someone calls is like in nightmares: No one ever answers.
Only a voice machine asking to give your name and reason of call.
Then you are advised to go to chat ,and phone conversation ends immediately.
You try to find out who and why is calling you. To decide if you answer or not.
You never ever recognise hard work and you have never made an appraisal.
Years of work, hundred of shifts , for an absolute invisible company, no office email, no company headed papers.

Communication is excellent and the updates and reminders for shifts easy check in and submission of time sheets

Best agency to work for . Everything is managed efficiently, down to timesheets been approved . Access to be paid with instant pay . I don’t think many agencies can beat Florence
