After three days I could not find the inbound flight. It showed only the outbound flight. The return flight had just vanished. I reported it by their email. They fixed it very soon. I hope that it will stay valid for two to three weeks.

Their service is on point and fast. I obtained a regular 18hr round trip flight reservation from them and they delivered the document within 1hr, offering a free upgrade! They saved me from a lot of complications.

Note: At the time of my order, they had website technical issues; Because of that, I emailed the details of the necessary flight itinerary as opposed to submitting the form on their website (They also sent an automatic email after a little while, requesting details via an email). Although I was not so sure at first, I received the document as exactly as I have mentioned, worry-free!

You can also mention any specific requests like a flight connection that you found, no transits or no transits in specific countries, etc. and they will respect your requests. You might have to wait a bit to get a response via email, but I assume that it's due to the time difference between where they operate.
