Hicimos una reserva, no nos facilitaron los billetes de avión, nos llamaron diciendo que salían al doble de lo acordado y días después empezaron ha hacernos cargos desconocidos en la cuenta atraves de la tarjeta que los facilitamos.
Por favor tener cuidado con esta gente, es peligrosa y traen muchos problemas.

These people are scammers. They don't give you the tickets and they steal your bank details.
We made a reservation, they didn't provide us with the plane tickets, they called us saying that they would cost double the agreed price, and days later they started making unauthorized charges to our account using the credit card details we provided them.
Please be careful with these people; they are dangerous and cause a lot of problems.
We are still fighting to resolve this.

Strange process but good results
The good part is that they found me a flight that met my criteria for less money than I had turned up in my searches. The cheapest options I was finding were about $330 per person, and they booked me a comparable flight for $250 per person. The agent I interacted with was also very kind and helpful. For those reasons, I gave them 4 stars.
The bad part is that their website initially quoted $111 per person for that same trip. The language on the website clearly states that the quoted price may no longer be available and that they will not charge your card without confirming any changes, and that was 100% true. However, I still did not like the process of having to wait for an agent to call me, learning that the dream price was not currently available, and then getting a different price over the phone. Even though the website terms clearly communicated that possibility, that process is why I cannot give the company 5 stars. It made me wonder if the company was in fact legit. Now that I have my tickets and have confirmed my bookings with the airlines, I know that it is all good.
Summary: The weirdness of the process was unsettling, but they did save me a significant amount of money and were very polite and helpful. I would reach out to them again.

A very happy skeptic.
I could not have been more of a skeptic. I booked two months before my trip anticipating this to be a fraud. I booked online and did receive an email the very next day so the price as advertised was not the same. However, the price I paid was still 50% less than I could have booked directly through Southwest. I dealt with Scoff who was awesome. He was truthful and walked me through the process. Exactly what he said would happen, happened. I received a confirmation code directly into my Southwest app and had no problems flying. I would absolutely use this service again.

Bait and switch
Was a bait and switch. Booked a flight from Austin to Kauai and round trip was claimed at $350. Two days later received a call from a gentleman who I could barely understand his English. He spoke forever and when he was done, I asked, "Are all of the words you're saying is that the price is double what was quoted?" He said, "Yes, but it's what all the airlines are charging." I told him that I had no problem paying what the tickets cost, but not from a company that first quotes half the price to get you to order through them.
Update to response: Double the price is not a change in price. After further research of what prices to expect for those tickets, at no point has there ever been a price for those tickets near what was first quoted to me. Do better, way better, and if you are using bait and switch tactics, stop it.

The initial price offer was not available after all. I was contacted to call the helpline. Emma White helped me through and was quite efficient. The final price was more than double the original offer. On the plus side it was competitive with other agents.
