Great service from Schalk at the Paarl branch!

Schalk Van Heerden was so helpful with my last minute arrangements for travel. Without his advice and recommendations I'd probably have endured a lot of disappointment, and visa denials... eish! But he steered me in the right direction with a lot of patience and enthusiasm. Thank you!

Due to the war in the Mid East my tickets had to be rescheduled and Schalk did sn excellent job of making sure we could still make our trip on the original date as well as booking the return flight for the original date

I am raising a serious concern regarding my booking through Flight Centre Paarl for the Radisson Post Lafayette. From the outset, I raised questions to ensure that my booking was correct and that the accommodation I paid for was properly secured. Flight Centre assured me in writing that everything was confirmed exactly as booked.
Now, just two weeks before departure, I have discovered that guests are not being accommodated at the Radisson Post Lafayette resort itself, but instead are placed across the road. This is not what was sold to me, nor what I paid for. Such practices are misleading and unacceptable, especially when assurances were given in writing that my booking was confirmed at the resort.
Customers should not be subjected to last-minute surprises or inferior arrangements after paying for a specific property. Transparency and accountability are critical in the travel industry, and this situation reflects a serious breach of trust. I expect Flight Centre to urgently resolve this matter and ensure that my booking is honoured exactly as confirmed.

Narina help us a lot, especially with flight options and availability. She was always available even after hours to assist.
