Stacey was excellent as always. She has now organised a number of trips for me, taking me happily around the world on several occasions and I look forward to more in the future.

was wonderful the whole way through, from getting
me a really good price to little niggles that cropped
up in the process.
I have had experience of Flight Centre before, albeit
at a different branch office, and they are all total
professionals.

We have just booked our dream trip through Flight Centre UK and the service we have received from Brandon Darling has been outstanding. We liked the look of their taste of Western Australia trip but wanted to add to it. I approached 3 companies filling in their online form enquiries the other 2 were trailfinders and Travelbag. Trailfinders wanted me to go into a store or call and Travelbag didn’t read my notes and gave a quote without any of the bespoke requests and wanted me to book there and then. Brandon on the other hand was fantastic - took the time to understand what we wanted, made amendments to the trip to suit us and provided a fantastic itinerary, with amazing trips and places to stay and an unbelievable price - he really took the hassle away and has made our dream trip a reality. The ease of booking and the confirmations received have been great as has his communication throughout. We couldn’t be happier or more excited for our trip and it’s all thanks to the service received from Brandon. We have no doubt that we will continue to be supported throughout and can’t wait for 6 months time!

I was having difficulty trying to book a flight from Vietnam to Phuket and decided to try The Flight Centre. Stacey Sheehan answered my call and within minutes she had booked the flight for me. I was so impressed I went straight back and booked the rest of my holiday requirements with her. She was so efficient and knowledgable about the different hotels.

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Thailand arranged through FlightCentre Chelmsford. We were doing multiple centres and when we arrived at the second hotel they wanted to charge us for having our daughter in our room as a third person (this had been paid for in advance). They wanted us to pay extra for that. I got on to FlightCentre Chelmsford and Gavin Sutton came back with such a speedy response. He got in touch with the hotel and sorted out the issue very quickly (it was a error by the hotel's invoicing department) and we were very grateful to Gavin for sorting out quite a stressful situation. Wonderful customer service just when we needed it.

I usually book my tickets online but this time, the trip was a little more complicated (& potentially a LOT more expensive!) and so I rang Flight Centre, where I was helped by Hope O'Brien. Hope was friendly; fast; accurate and true to her word - she said she'd ring me back the next day and she did! I will certainly be using Flight Centre (& Hope O'Brien!) again and highly recommend them to anyone trying to make sense out of the myriad of different offers online!!

Just wonderful service from Gavin Sutton at Flight Centre Chelmsford booking a trip to Australia. One of our party became unable to go due to medical problems and Gavin was amazing re-organising the whole trip - nothing was too much trouble for him and replies to emails were immediate. You would be mad not to use these guys to plan your next holiday, such a professional company.
