Recently ordered a jellycat toy for my daughter. Unfortunately even though it was tracked delivery this item failed to turn up. I contacted Fleurtations and explained what had happened, they immediately despatched the same item again without any charge even though this was not their fault but Royal Mails. My daughter has eventually received Princess Chihuahua today and loves her. Thank you so much Fleurtations, will definitely recommend and reorder from you again. First class.

It’s not always about what you buy, but how an issue is handled. Bought a Christmas present which was unfortunately defective. One email was followed by a quick response offering a replacement, credit or refund. All resolved really quickly. Fabulous customer service, will definitely look to buy from this great shop again in the future

I ordered a gorgeous soft toy cat for my granddaughter and found one at Fleurtations - reasonably priced compared to other outlets. Unfortunately, in my excitement, I supplied the wrong postcode for delivery and the parcel played ping pong with the Royal Mail. I contacted the company and they dealt with the matter swiftly, patiently and kindly - considering it was my fault.

My granddaughter is absolutely besotted with the cat and I would definitely use Fleurtations again - but next time will double check the delivery address.

My gorgeous Aunt passed away recently - Tigger from Winnie the Pooh epitomised my childhood thoughts of this beautiful lady. He was brought to life by their very talented florist - I was expecting his smiley head as a tribute but by golly I got the lot! And at his most glorious and bounciest too! BRAVO!

Ordered a product which seemed to be out of stock everywhere else, called the store to check they had it in stock after reading some reviews about their website not being up to date with stock. The lady didn’t even ask what I had ordered, or for my order number or name. She just said orders will be sent next week. I thought it was a bit rude and dismissive but my item arrived the following week so can’t complain too much.

Just placed an online order with this store. Very smooth and simple process.
I decided to phone the store regarding stock of the items I wanted as they are for Christmas gifts. I spoke to a lovely guy who couldn't be anymore helpful. He went to check the stock for me regarding jellycat toys and before I placed the order I decided on extra items so phoned the store again to check if they were available. Upon checking he thought that one item was unavailable until the new year but he actually went and double checked and found they had the stock I required. All in all a fantastic service so far and the prices are very competitive (cheapest I could find for the items I wanted). Definitley a business I will deal with in future and couldn't recommend enough. Will update once items have arrived. *Update* Items arrived well packaged. Very happy with the company and will deal with them again in the future.

Took over 2 weeks to arrive as the website is not up to date and they did not have what I ordered in stock. Lady on the phone was a quite stand-off-ish and behaved like I should have known it wasn’t in stock :( I tried to shop local to give them a chance but not very pleased overall. Such a shame. Best to call ahead to check an item is in stock before placing the order

My wife received a bunch of flowers for her birthday however they were mistakenly delivered one week early, to my wife’s delight she received a second bunch sent buy the company at no charge, best customer service we have ever had, can’t recommend Fleurtations of Bodmin Cornwall Enough.
