Couldn’t be happier with my experience at Fletch’s Customs. I took my Audi Q5 in for a full dechrome and a few other exterior modifications, and the difference is incredible. The finished car looks so much cleaner and more aggressive, and the standard of work is spot on.

From the first conversation, communication was brilliant. Everything was explained clearly, I was kept updated throughout, and I was given plenty of genuine advice and recommendations about what would work well on the car. There was never any pressure to add unnecessary work, and their pricing is very reasonable too.

What I also really like about Fletch’s is the range of work they can do. It’s definitely not just a wrapping place — they do all sorts of vehicle customisation, including body-kit fitting (which they did on mine), caliper painting, exterior styling and even electronics-related work. They also have a great network of trusted specialists for other areas, so if something needs specialist attention they can point you in the right direction and even help you get a good deal. It makes them a really useful one-stop place when you’re modifying a car.

The workshop itself is great and everything is run very professionally. Even if you’re waiting for your car, they’ve made the customer area genuinely comfortable — cosy couches, free snacks, tea and coffee, plus a fridge full of drinks. You can actually relax while the work is being done rather than feeling like you’re stuck waiting around in a garage.

Most importantly, I’m really pleased with the quality of the work on my Q5. Great attention to detail, fair pricing, excellent communication and genuinely friendly service from start to finish.

I’d 100% recommend Fletch’s Customs and I’ll definitely be back with the Q5 for more work in the future. Safe to say I’ve found my new go-to car guy!

This was our second time coming to Fletch & he did not disappoint. We had all our badges changed to black and Fletch did a perfect job, he really takes the time to explain exactly what he’s doing and always pays attention to all the little details too. We couldn’t be happier with how the cars looking!

It’s always a nice environment to wait in too, loads of snacks and drinks. Loads of comfy chairs and sofas. Also not to mention Brucie (the cutest cat) 🦁 to keep you company.

Took my a5 in for a body kit and they did it perfectly my car look amazing. They work so hard by making everything perfect and go every step of the way to make sure the customer is happy. Can’t recommend them enough if you’re looking for any work on your car make sure you get in touch.

As someone new to Manchester, finding a top tier detailing shop was a priority.

Thanks to a family recommendation, I took my car to Fletch and Riz for headlight tints, a Maxton Design front splitter and spoiler and dechrome work.

Most shops turn down dechrome work because of the time and detail required, but these guys didn't hesitate and did a phenomenal job.

Extremely friendly, professional and transparent throughout the entire process. Their attention to detail is second to none.

I recently took my Mercedes-AMG C63 S to Fletchs Customs and honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience.

I’m extremely particular about who works on my car, so I spent quite a bit of time researching before deciding where to take it. Fletch is very well known within the automotive scene, and after seeing his work and speaking to him, I could immediately tell I was in safe hands.

The communication was excellent from the start. I literally sent a few photos of my C63 S through WhatsApp via the website, explained what I wanted, and Fletch got me booked in straight away.

The quality of the workmanship and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. It’s obvious he genuinely cares about every vehicle that comes through the workshop.
