I was involved in a road accident…

I was involved in a road accident sustaining serious injurys in 2023 .I was put in contact with Fletchers by hospital admin and Tom Brayshaw was assigned to my case .
His care and diligence was fantastic keeping me updated and involved throughout of the whole quite protracted
case finally bringing it to a satisfactory conclusion .I rate my treatment and help from Tom with an absolute five stars .
and would definitly reccomend to anyone

"Pothole" cycling accident

Following a cycling accident, I was contacted by Fletchers as my cycle insurance policy had legal cover for personal injury.
Details of the accident were taken and hospital and other medical records were requested. Communication with Tom Brayshaw was by e-mail which was very efficient and he was very supportive.
Following discharge from hospital, Tom negotiated an interim payment for private physiotherapy as there was a problem with the NHS physio service locally.
Delayed medical complications meant that the whole claims process took longer than was initially anticipated (more surgery was required) but Tom kept me updated and explained everything thoroughly.
The final outcome is better than I had anticipated and I am grateful for the time and expertise which has been given to my case
