Absolutely fantastic product and company. Delighted with the simple and effective design. Confident that my cat is safe indoors but the windows aren't unsightly. Brilliant idea, brilliant customer service. Would recommend to anyone.

I would highly recommend Flat Cats. Very helpful with my window measurements. A very quick delivery. The screens were easy to put up, they work and they look good too.

Very pleased indeed with this product. It came very fast. I had chosen bespoke measurements and they were exactly right.
Most importantly the screens are very strong, definitely kitten proof, but also easy to remove to open or close the window.
Just took a couple of minutes to put each one up. Huge reassurance that we won't either have to swelter with the windows shut or else have an escaping kitten!

I needed a door screen to pass a condition of adopting my cat - spoke to Dominic who really took the time to work out exactly what I needed. Delivered two days later and worked perfectly. The problem was - it wasn't a perfect fit, but it was totally my error because I obviously don't know how to measure! Contacted Dominic again - and without hesitation has replaced it. No additional charge. If all companies had this exceptional customer service as a basic - we wouldn't need Trustpilot! Not to mention the product itself is super high quality and protects my cat from running out. Don't go elsewhere for screens when Flat Cats are purrfectly perfect!

As a nervous cat owner, I searched for a while before finding Flat Cats. My awning windows are quite old and don't have enough frame at the bottom to accommodate the border of the mesh, so I added a few centimetres to the bottom and fixed it at a right angle. It works perfectly. My cat was used to breaking through mesh in my previous flat, so she assumed she could again and gave it a good try, but it has stuck firm, with quality 3M adhesive. I can already see that it will take some plaster off the wooden window frame when the time comes to remove it, but that's not a fault of the product. I'm happy to recommend Dominic and his Flat Cat product. This is the real deal.

Dominic was so helpful in answering all my questions and these are such a great invention. They're well-made, easy to install, blend perfectly with the frames AND they keep the cats from falling from our flat window. Highly recommend.

Delivery was so fast! We really needed a product to prevent our house cats from escaping open windows and although we haven’t put them up yet they will definitely do the trick! We had a slight issue with the sizing on one which could have been an input error on my behalf but the owner was super helpful and understanding and sent out a replacement to the correct size with no hesitation! Talk about excellent customer service. Thank you! I am sure we will be ordering more in the future!

Fast delivery, really good customer service as well. Product itself is spot on, I cannot pick any faults and my active and interested cat hasn’t tried to tamper with them. We chose the white netting as we have white PVC and they blend incredibly well and aren’t an eyesore which was my fear. I heard about this product from my neighbour and I would definitely buy from again and have recommended my dad to use them too.

Outstanding customer service! We had a very slightly defective item delivered so I sent an email asking what the next steps would be. Dominic replied within a couple of days offering a replacement or refund with no questions asked! We wanted a replacement as the products themselves are amazing and work really well and Dominic has promised to get this out to us asap which I thought was just great!
I don't know what else to say other than if you're currently on the fence about buying a Flat Cat, go for it! The product is great and the service is first class!

I was so impressed with Domonic's calm, kindly manner when he helped overcome an address mess up I caused. Such a Gentleman. I was so worried.
The product itself was all I hoped for. I can now leave fully open windows while my cat lies on the window sill.
In the heat we have had lately it is so much more pleasant. The panels are so easy to attach to your frames. For peace of mind and comfort it is an investment. Go on...Do it!

These flat cat screens are brilliant. Quick and easy to fit, you hardly notice that they are on the windows, you can see out perfectly fine. Excellent value for money, very quick from service and delivery. I would highly recommend.

The best thing I've ever spent money on, as myrtle is a indoor cat , its lovely to have fresh air without him getting out. Wish i knew about these before. Myrtle loves having fresh air too. Thanks dominic and for the speedy delivery too.

One of the best companies I've ever dealt with! Dominic took a large order of custom made window coverings for us during really difficult times with the coronavirus present. He was incredibly friendly on the phone, made and dispatched them really quickly. When they arrived, I realised that one was the wrong size - entirely due to my own fault as I had mis-measured the window. Dom was great about this on the phone, and has sorted it straight away.
I can't praise this company highly enough - thank you so much!

This product is well worthy of 5 stars.one of our cats fell out the window we live on the 4th floor we found flat cats online we have had them up for 2 days now the cats are totally safe and no more panic attacks for me.We ordered 3 for our front room windows but we definatly order more in the future.

Fabulous product for keeping my
Bengal housecat safe, but allowing us to open the windows. Luna is very nervous but loves to sit near the open windows now. Another bonus. It keeps the flies out. I ordered the grey mesh. It is so clear, that apart from the fixings around tbe edge of the frame, from across the room, you cannot actually see ot at all. Customer service also excellent. Highly recommend this company and this product

I cannot rate these screens enough...weve had our house cat for over a year and just managed with opening the velux windows which are already on a lock because of children and now we have purchased one for our sash window and its amazing ..Our cat is sitting taking in the breeze as I write this..super easy to use and the customer service is amazing!! Dont hesitate to buy these!
