Disgusting service. I purchase 2 mens tracksuits in October as Christmas presents as I was going away and would not be back in time for Christmas shopping closer to Christmas. After Christmas, the person they were for informed me they were incredibly small. The person is of small slim build and I ordered a meduim as they like a looser fit. However, these tracksuits were more like an extra small/small. On returning the tracksuits in early January I was told they would not refund me as out of return period. Fair enough, I would of been happy to exchange for something else. They would not accept an exchange either and told me to arrange my own collection via courier at my own cost. I did this, I sent them the tracking labels for the courier in advance. On checking the tracking information, the collection was refused by Evri as incorrect labelling on parcel! Despite me sending the labels. They have now said that they need 3 days notice of a collection! Nowhere in any of their correspondence did they say this. They told me to arrange my own courier and thats what I did. Now, due to their own poor administration I now have to pay again for a courier collection. If I had of been told they need 3 days to get their admin sorted and print off a label, I would of done so, because I don't really appreciate wasting my money over their poor administration. Any other company with any morals would of accepted their error and returned the parcel to me. Its now going to cost me £12 to get 2 tracksuits back that are only suitable to fit a 12 year old boy!!

Iv ordered a number of times and each time the clothes have been A+. The quality and price are amazing. Even when you wash the clothes there’s no shrinkage and clothes are true to size

Disgusting service
Paid for three tee shirys in a deal then i recieved an email stating one shirt was out of stock but instead of allowing me the option to cancel the order they went ahead and charged me more for the two items

This review is only for the website itself as just purchased an item, I purchased a pair of trainers in size 9 but when I got the confirmation email it says size 6.
