We own a smoke shop
We own a smoke shop, a representative of five star who sold us the system told us that we could cancel at any time if we did not like the service, this was implicitly stated, we are extremely limited from the service because of the type of business we have which was not explained. We tried it. It did not work when we found out about the limitations we asked to cancel, and was told we had to wait a year to cancel so now we are stuck paying $150 a month for a system we cannot use. Very deceptive company.
