We was promised being able to send…
We was promised being able to send emails and TEXT to our customers. We are a vape Shop and many places have shut that down because of governments stupidity ..anyways they was unable to do what they promised - called to cancel and they told me I am in a contact and have to pay until JAN 2024. THey kept giving up credits to cover SOME of the bills until they got it fixed - which has never happened... VERY UNHAPPY... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

Always a great shopping experience.
The best thing about this company is the price we are paying for the quality of the clothes. Name brand clothes, in great condition for a fraction of what it would cost brand new. And an equally impressive staff. Always professional, polite and helpful. Always happy to shop at Once Upon a Child.

Tomball Gong Cha is the best!
I’ve been to many Gong Cha’s but the Tomball location has the best customer service. The manger is always friendly and you can tell cares about her customers. Drinks and waffles are always tasty and consistent. Love it that they are so close to home

The employees were very knowledgeable…
The employees were very knowledgeable on their products and what item will help whatever your looking for on either side of the store and the attached tobacco and new products that were legalized. One employee even knows I shop there a few times a week, and starts putting my order together when I walk in. They are very fast at cashing people out in line! They move fast for a busy store.
