I just had the most amazing service and…
I just had the most amazing service and the best ever to die for burger. Was very quick service and the food was extremely hot and you can really tell was being made when l order it. Must say the best fast food l had in a while.

Hi Mike, our hot dogs are made from beef and seasoning. They are cut in half to grill for a caramelised exterior, which may be different than expected at other brands.
Way too expensive
Way too expensive! Two burgers and two milkshakes for £29!!!! I wanted to try 5 Guys but I won't be going again. The milkshake was nice and the burger was nothing special. Go to the other burger chains which are less than half the price and tbh tastier!

We only use fresh and premium ingredients that are hand-prepared by our crew members every morning before opening. There are no freezers across any of our stores, to ensure a high-quality product. All food is prepared to order and served fresh from our kitchens.
We’re also unique as there are 15 free toppings to choose from in your burgers and sandwiches, and 10 free mix-ins to customise your milkshakes. Our fries are exclusively made with peanut oil for a recognisable taste.
We hope this explains more about our Operations.

Five Guys are very clear about the gluten free options available (please see below).
Tonight I ordered a milkshake from the Watford branch containing vanilla, caramel and chocolate. After the first mouthful I realised there was malted milk biscuit in the milkshake. I have coeliacs disease and haven’t consumed gluten for a long time, and had an extremely painful reaction to consuming gluten.
I am absolutely livid and will not be ordering from Five Guys again. They warn of a possible risk of cross contamination which I am mindful of. I do not expect to receive a product containing biscuit.
From the Five Guys website:
“ We are proud to offer our customers with gluten sensitivity many great options! The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, HP sauce, our Malted Milk and Oreo Cookie milkshake mix-ins and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries.”
