Decided to order a five guys with my friends as haven’t had in a couple of months and normally never have any problems.
We ordered a burger each, a portion of large fries and a milkshake each. A fairly simple order for 3 people. However, one of the milkshakes was missing, the fries were undercooked and poorly salted. the burgers were great and the delivery was fast but overall a very disappointing experience.

Food was delivered hot and very good by Ubereats.. However, paying 46 pound for 3 burgers, a "legendary" large fries and a milkshake is pretty steep, the "large" fries was pathetic. Eaten 5 guys both in UK and America.. this is the only time I'm still hungry. Sorry.. first and last time in Telford.

Just been to 5guys Telford. treat for the kids. I'm utterly shocked and disgust . At the Hot dog and bacon roll my 13yr old Grandson was served . Small finger roll . One small hot dog sausage cut in half dry and burnt how can you burn a hot dog. But you did . As for the bacon no bigger than his small finger . Load of rubbish. £7+ for a horrible hot dog you should be ashamed. Never going back again...

This was our first visit at 5 guys in Telford.
We didn’t know what to aspect, luckily the Italian manager has served us advising what we could have tried as first time in this restaurant. Lovely service and the food was so delicious. Thank you very much Lorenzo, we will definitely come back again.
Terrible Experience in the Telford store
Firstly, I ordered with a male member of staff on the till. His customer service skills were abysmal. He then handed me a receipt with 'Ellie' as the name of the host. This clearly shows that the male member of staff was using a till that was not his. Does this not effect cash management policies? Or is this not followed within Five Guys?
My partner and I then went to make our drinks and grab some condiments to go with our order. There was no dispensable mayonnaise or mayonnaise sachets available.
Our order was then given to us, I opened my burger to discover tomato had been added to my burger. I'd have picked them off and ate my order but the patties were burnt and the cheese was mostly hanging off the burger and soaked in grease.
I approached a male member of staff and explained that my order was incorrect and they offered to make another for me. He pulled put a small peice of paper to tick off the toppings on my burger. I asked him how long this would be as the remainder of my order would be sat going cold. He assured me that my burger would be made immediately to prevent this. The female manager, Ellie, in a black shirt then started to make my order. She then started to serve other customers, rather than dealing with my order. Patties she had put on the grill had started to burn, due to the fact that she had left the grill to serve customers.
The male member of staff continued to make burgers, bag them and hand them out to other customers. I was happy to wait for fresh patties, but patties were given to other customers which resulted in me waiting 10 minutes for my replacement burger. I approached the male member of staff again and explained that the rest of my order had gone cold and I would like it replacing. He said he would ask the manager, Ellie, to come over and speak to me once she had finished on the till. He failed to speak to her and Ellie continued to take more orders. Once she had cleared the queue, he then spoke to her.
Ellie then approached me and asked me what the problem was. I explained that I've been waiting 10 minutes for a replacement and I still did not have this and the rest of my order had gone cold. She looked at me with a blank face, did not apologise and I repeated that my order was cold and I wanted it replacing. She then said "Okay... if you're gonna be.. " and she then walked away. I then asked her what she was about to say and asked her to finish her sentence and she stood away from me and said "there is no point in arguing".
At no point had I been rude, aggressive or raised my voice. I just simply wanted my order replacing as I'd spent over 25 minutes waiting since I'd ordered and spent £30+ on inedible food. Due to her behaviour, attitude and the disgusting way she spoke to me, my partner then said "excuse me, I'd like a refund". I appreciate that it was busy and they seemed under staffed, but this does not excuse they way I was spoken to by someone in her role.
Ellie then asked if we'd like the food replacing and a refund, we declined her offer of a replacement order due to her disgusting manner. She then issued me a refund and I asked for the till receipt so I could have a copy. Ellie stopped to look at the receipt, im guessing this was because her name was on top, and told me she had to keep this. She instead handed me a card machine receipt.
After her behaviour, I will never use Telford Five Guys again. I will be posting reviews on Google, Trust Pilot, Facebook and Instagram to advise people of the terrible service I received and hopefully deter other people from spending their hard earned money in this store.
I am very disappointed, i usually have very good experiences in other Five Guys stores across the country. This however leaves a rather bad taste.

The “food” took an absurd amount of time to be made even though the place was virtually empty, the burgers themselves were tasteless, the cheese wasn't melted, the mushrooms seemed wet and out of a can as did the onions, not even sure if the meat itself was cooked properly. The food just got worse with the chips, which were a tiny portion, were stale and flavourless and like chips from a kebab shop you have left out all night.
1 cheeseburger, 1 small burger, chip and a drink for £27 and of a standard I wouldn’t have fed to a dog
After this experience we won’t be going to another five guys
Should have gone to the maccies next door
