I ordered a burger from Five Guys through Deliveroo recently, and when it arrived, I discovered it was partially uncooked inside. This was very concerning from a food safety perspective, as undercooked meat can pose serious health risks.

Deliveroo has since refunded me, which I appreciate. However, I want Five Guys to acknowledge this issue directly, as it reflects on their food preparation standards.

I’m sharing this review to raise awareness and urge Five Guys to improve their quality control to prevent others from experiencing the same.

I hope Five Guys will respond and take this matter seriously.

Ordered bacon cheeseburger regular cajan fries and a drink. A simple order in fact the same order I place every time. I have been to this 5 guys many times and never had an issue staff always great and the place is clean. Unfortunately this time today it was very busy.

2 issues very small portion of fries for a regular size ordered.

The burger patties were red and very under cooked. It was the smell of raw meat that caught my attention first. Hard to see when your burger has toppings. But when I smelt the raw meat and looked the patties were raw.

It would not put me off going back. But if it's busy then I would probably give it a miss.

Manager helped me when my vehicle had broken down. She kindly let me charge my phone so I could keep in contact with the breakdown recovery services. Also said we could stay on after closing time to ensure our safety. I cant thank you enough (I'm sorry I didnt get your name at the time). You really were a diamond and this world needs more like you.
