Food took over an hour to arrive. Food was cold. They put pickles in my burger and I didn’t even ask for them. 1 little sachet of mayo provided. Clearly the people that work there don’t care about their jobs at all. Overall very very disappointing.

We order food from five guys, cheeseburger with bacon and chips. The delivery was in time but after we ate the meal we started vomiting for the next 2 days. My partner still feeling sick sometimes. This was on Monday night and today is Saturday. I wrote a complaint and until now I don't have any reply from the company. Definitely food poison.

Over priced food, hot dogs ridiculously small for the price, we dined in the restaurant and the food was luke warm at best!! I may as well of thrown £30 down the drain!! I have left feedback via the QR code so hopefully you compensate me in some way as it was not good enough and judging by the reviews I’m not the only one that feels the same!! No wonder you give out monkey nuts for free!!!

Ordered food from five guys in Southampton for delivery to an address. Came quite quickly but the burger was stone cold and tasteless. Very disappointing. The fries were very nice but that's the only thing I enjoyed. Won't be returning.

Have ordered on the odd occasion for work lunches and always seemed fare, but through id order one for a treat one evening! DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME! used Deliveroo and didnt order anything too tasking, order at just before 2050 and nothing until (well at the time of writing still waiting!) said 40-60 mins inc delivery and we are now 1 hour and 30 mins and still not even showing its left and they shut at 1130! No messages no apologies and no way to cancel! I could have bloody walked to the store ordered and then walked back and still had time to marvel over a could burger and fries! Im fine with being busy but how about "dont lie about it" if you are busy and cant serve then let me make the decision to use another vendor! Customer service is dead these days and for 1 small burger and fries at £16 its not exactly cheap! Tried tweeting them but no answer so I guess the marketing department are off enjoying their time off whilst the customers take a back seat! Im not a fan of Mcdonalds but to be fair at least they deliver their promises for something so simple! At this rate at least it will keep that covid weight at bay so maybe FiveGuys paired with deliveroo is like diet food as you never get to eat it! As i write this the delivery time has been updated for 2230-2315 to 2245 -2315! so its slipped 15mins even though it was ordered at 2050! This might be a one off but considering no one has even bothered to contact me to see if I still want the order or want to cancel is disgusting, I could have cooked a roast in this time! DO NOT RELY on this if you are hungry or hosting! Use a local place at less of a premium! Not good for a first impression (but I suspect this will fall on deaf ears as normal!

Update the order arrived at 2258 and the deliveroo site said it took 120 mins! It arrived cold both Burger and Fries

What rip off 7 quid for a cold burger, won’t go again 99p Mac Donald’s is better?

Wouldn't even give it 1 star tbh, good was cold, burger was small for for over £9, hotdog was very poor too for the suze and money, spent £29 on 1 hotdog 1 burger and 2 shakes, absolutely a rip off for that kind of money. Banks don't even rip people off that much. Never again shall I order from them or deliveroo
