5 guys / user eats what a load of rubbish ,did not get notified that the order or payment had been placed or taken, so I placed the order again, and still nothing ,so I rang 5 guys ,but couldn't help, tyred to contact user, thanks for your message, we will respond within 12 hours .then recieved two orders costing over 30 quid , and then wasn't fit for eating or feeding to animals 🤔
Had a fantastic experience with Lauren today. We ordered through Uber eats and the driver stole half the order and Uber eats has no recourse and wouldn’t offer a refund. At a loss I called Five Guys Sixfields and Lauren couldn’t have been more helpful. She replaced the missing food and even added an extra meal which was absolutely delicious. From now on we will always visit the six fields restaurant to make sure we get amazing service like we did today.
Went to five guys at sixfeilds Northampton and decided to leave as a standard bacon burger was over £9 without chips or a drink.
I seriously suggest they rethink the prices or they will struggle in the current climate also when questioned about the price the answer of we don’t do a meal as such seemed a little strange
