Five Guys UK - Newcastle Silverlink Recensioni 3

Have been to Five Guys before in Worcester and enjoyed it even tough it is expensive. Thought we would try the local one in Silverlink North Tyneside for comparison. Big mistake. Ordered a Bacon burger for me a small Cheese burger for my wife and some fries. The wife's burger was barely lukewarm so I returned it, which they promptly replaced with a better one and an apology, fair enough. Next problem was the fries. They had so much salt on them they were inedible !, and I LIKE salt
Now we don't like to complain, and I had just returned one burger so the fries got left and the bin got £5 worth of fries. That's it, we are done with Five guys, there is no reason in this day and age to be paying over £20 for 2 burgers and fries when they cannot even cook or season them properly. Never again, I'll stick to KFC in future. To be brutally honest, I think 2 stars is me being generous.

We went to five Guys at Silver Links Burgers were already cooked chips were already cooked they were disgusting not freshly done at all , my partner vomited all the Milk shake up this was not fresh and then the beef burger came up he did not eat this all thankfully .
Will not be going back to this place again ……

Hotdog looked like had been sat on! sloppy mess with far too much ketchup and mustard no cheese to see, fries burned and tasted of oil.
If you get food from them via delivery service they aren't interested in any feedback and direct you to the third party, who also aren't interested unless you have a photo of the food !
Won't be using 5 guys again.
2 stars for the £5:95 milkshake which was nice
