Incredible customer service
Absolutely amazing service. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and then realised I was starving so asked to change it to a triple.
My food came and I was so hungry they I didn't really look at the burger. As I was finishing, my order number was called again. I went up to explain that I had already collected my food, but the guys explained that they had forgotten to add the extra patty, so they had made me ANOTHER TRIPLE!!!
Not only did they not try to hide their mistake, they acknowledged it and then more than made up for it.
Amazing customer service should always be recognised and the guys at the Colchester branch of 5 Guys are awesome and absolutely made my day.

Went fiveguys on my birthday and the cashier was extremely kind and even served me a free shake! Proper sound customer service overall. Orders were ready insanely fast and the quality of the food was immaculate!

Colchester branch. Awful experience. Ordered 2 burgers and fries for delivery. Chips were cold and one burger missing. Called restaurant to complain. Staff member blamed just eat driver for a mistake he clearly made. He was then really rude to me and offered nothing to help at all - eg refused to send replacement missing items.

A friend and me visited the store in Colchester last night. I had ordered 2 bacon burgers, 2 small chips and a vanilla milkshake. The milkshake was yummy.
All I got was 1 bacon burger and 1 small chips. My friend had the burger and he said it was ok. I had the chips and I couldn’t finish them. I did pay for just 1 burger and 1 chips, but ordered 2 - it was expensive or what it was. I shall not be returning to Five Guys.
We ended up going to McDonalds instead.
