The Five9 platform has helped our customers a lot. The ease way they pot remote agents to work from home was really fundamental for this moment that we are living.

I have had pretty great luck with Five9. The only issue I have really seen is with Chat integration into the NetSuite adapter. The adapter was awesome, but I was continuously told that it was happening and it still hasn't. Other than that, Five9 support is great to work with!

Five9 provides an all in one platform to streamline many processes. By having chat, email, phone, and salesforce all in one console lets our agents multitask without missing a beat. In addition, having the reporting and supervisor applications helps us make sure our employees are staying on top of their goals. There are so many benefits to having all these products from one source and being that its all cloud-based helps during times like these where work from home is so important.
Five9 has been a huge win!
Five9 has been a huge win for our company when compared with our previous ACD (we've actually tried a few). Downtime is minimal and the tech team is quick to assist, always providing a detailed report when issues affect multiple domains. I always feel like it's so easy to get support from my TAM. Not only is he quick to answer, but he works with me to create reports and update IVRs around my vision. He helps me better understand the system so that I can make changes myself without requiring assistance.
Five9, hands down the best Contact Center solution.
Five9 has been and always be my cloud contact center solution. I have integrated Five9 at two Contact Centers I consulted with as well as implemented it within my company. Their product is hands down the best on the market, and they have the best customer service as well. If you are in the market for a Contact Center solution that is cloud-based, I highly recommend you reach out to Five9.
