Hoarding experience with tennant ending with extreme neglect during covid. Fitz2Kleen very professional from the onset from quote to completion. The clearance took 4 days, 4 wagon loads and 7 people, but the result was amazing. Everything sparkling and sanitised saving a lot of goods. Forever grateful for all you hard work and client updates. You made the best decisions for me. And you were very responsible for the quality of the work you did.
I have used Fitz2kleen several times in the past for carpet and upholstery cleaning, but this time they dealt with a strong smell that remained in a property my daughter was moving into. No matter what we tried, we could not get rid of it. Mark and Trena came to the rescue once again and cleaned all the carpets, then used an Ozone Generator to rid the property of the strong smell, and kill all bacteria. It is like a miracle, and I can't thank them enough. My daughter can now move in knowing the property is sparkling and smelling fresh. I always recommend them, and now I can do so even more. They are absolutely brilliant and there is nothing they don't know about cleaning and sanatising. Well done as always

Fitz2kleen did an end of tenancy clean for me. They were friendly and helpful throughout, and went out of their way in making arrangements for dropping off keys and so on. The flat looks sparkling and the carpets look brand new (better than when I moved in!). Very happy with their work, and am now looking to book them as regular domestic cleaners.
Wow what can I say had my carpets cleaned the other day amazing results would highly recommend Fitz2kleen.
Clean was satisfactory given the large job requested, but not as 'sparkling' as we had expected given the price.
Works were not all completed on the day and follow up had to be chased by us over the course of 10 days or so. The owner then disagreed with the follow up work being quoted originally and ending up shouting at my wife in our own home! Still no communication 2 weeks later.
Limited customer service and large amount of arrogance from the owner.
Would not recommend.

The comments in this review are not an accurate account of the problem. All work that was quoted and charged for was completed on the day and received a WOW from the customer on completion.
As a business that 'goes the extra mile' for customers, a comment was made by myself that if I have time, I will fit a sealant strip around the bath for them.Time didn't allow for this but as a goodwill gesture I agreed to pop back when I could. I then received an email asking me to go after 5pm as he would be out of the country but his wife would be home after 5pm one of the days the folowing week.
Bearing in mind that it was being done as a favour, I didn't think it warranted a 30 mile return journey out of working hours to do it.
Customer refuses to accept that this was NOT charged for, even though he has a fully itemised quote and invoice which shows no reference to or charge for replacing bath seal.
When I did return at an agreed date and carried out the favour, the customer got quite aggressive insisting that they had paid for replacement seal to the bath and other areas. I completed what I had offered to do as a favour but refused to do the rest without charging
Had a swift and prompt reply on my request for a quote. Within a couple of days had a visit from their estimator who gave me an instant quote which was confirmed it by e-mail within hours.
On the date of the clean the crew arrived promptly and commenced work. The work that had been quoted for was duly carried out without any delay.
The clean was very well carried out to my great satisfaction.
Would highly recommend this firm without any hesitation.
