From the start, Smiths have been amazing. Karl who initially visited us, gave advice and guidance and was not pushy at all!!, to Robinpreet who did the survey (and gave more advice/options), to the people I e spoken to and messaged on WhatsApp who work for Smiths and to the amazing fitters who worked so hard and were polite, clean and tidy, our experience with Smiths has been first class! We are extremely pleased with the end product and the whole experience has exceeded our expectations. I would certainly recommend to family and friends!

Great experience from start to finish
from Ranjeets input as the designer to the fitters who installed our wardrobes. Wardrobes look great wife can't complain about lack of space now.Would highly recommended.

The name of the company was given to us by a friend. We contacted Smiths for a quotation for two new wardrobes and a sliding door front to two existing built in wardrobes. The Interior Architect who came was able to answer our questions. Lohita took careful measurements and discussed her proposals with us. Designs for each wardrobe were agreed and a total price calculated and a full quotation given.
The wardrobes were fitted Tuesday 27 May. The fitting turned out be straight forward and was completed in 2 days. There was one item short and the team returned a few days later to complete the work. It was a very smooth and straightforward installation. We are delighted with the design, implantation and ease of access to our clothes. We found one small side table had a piece incorrectly assembled. Smiths came and corrected the error very efficiently. The designs worked out by Lohitha are excellent her knowledge and expertise was vital

From the design to setting everything up has been a wonderful experience with this company! Lohitha, the designer, has been very helpful, she listened to every detail I wanted!
Then Robin, the surveyor was very patient with me as I had lots of requests and the people (apologies, I forgot their names) who installed our media wall were the best!!! I will definitely have another project with this company and I recommend them 💯

I am absolutely delighted with the recent fittings completed by Smiths Fitted Wardrobes & Kitchen Limited in my home, which included a TV wall unit, prayer unit, wardrobes, and bedside table. From the initial design stage to final installation, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free.

A special mention to Anil, the designer, whose experience truly shows. He listened carefully to our requirements, created a fantastic 3D design that matched exactly what we wanted, and also helped us arrive at an affordable price without compromising on quality.

Also, a big thanks to Baljit and Ajay, the fitters, who did a superb job. Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism are commendable. The final outcome perfectly matches the 3D design we agreed upon, and the quality is excellent throughout.

Overall, I’m completely satisfied and would highly recommend Smiths Fitted Wardrobes & Kitchen Limited for anyone looking for top-quality bespoke furniture and fittings.

This is the first time I have had fitted wardrobes. I was diligent and got 3 quotes, all really pricey except “Smiths”. I thought there must be a catch. Wow was I wrong, three guys turned up at 10:30, they all worked like absolute trojans, until the job was completed.

You get added to a WhatsApp group, for all communication, which is brilliant as all the information from your drawing, query’s, any further information is all there.

I had two fitted wardrobes and there was no snagging for either of them. Both were done to perfection. I have to say, I am more than pleased, great job, great finish and looking fitted wardrobes.

Smiths completes installation of four made to measure wardrobes. The price was competitive and the installation date was very quick following me placing the order. I really liked the timely communication over whatapp. The fitters were on time, clear on how much time it would take to complete the job and made sure I was happy with the fitting and installation before leaving the site. Would use them again for sure.

We went with Smiths after reviewing Trustpilot reviews and have not been disappointed. From the initial call ti the designer visiting and then fitting has been quick and seamless. The quality is good and the 2 fitters worked non stop in the heatwave after a 3 hour drive to get it completed. Would recommend 👌
