Fantastic service at Fitness Superstore Sheffield!! Went in looking at treadmills, Rebecca was really helpful and gave us information on all the equipment we tried out. Bought our treadmill on the spot and being installed in 2 days! Massive shout out to Rebecca, excellent service and made the decision and purchase very easy 😃

I visited the Body Power stand at The Arnold Festival and met Justin on the stand. He understood exactly what we were looking for for our home gym and went through in detail what would work for us. His whole manner was amazing, there was no forceful conversations, which I was relieved about as I hate pushy sales people - he was just genuine and honest. We ordered the Body Power Titan Elite on a fabulous deal and Justin made the whole sales aspect really easy from ordering to payment. I liked the way Justin worked so much that I contacted him afew weeks later to add to my order, again he made the process so easy.
The guys who came to install the new equipment were also amazing, polite, friendly and very knowledgeable.
I can’t fault this company at all, there was a slight issue that has been dealt with and resolved so efficiently that it hasn’t impacted on my ability to train or the service I’ve been given - if anything it’s just reinforced my trust in them. And I will not go anywhere else to purchase gym equipment.
Honestly a fantastic experience service from Justin and the fitters.

I recently purchased a Body Power TITAN Multi-Functional Trainer from the Sheffield Fitness Superstore branch and wanted to leave some genuinely positive feedback regarding both the product and the customer service I received.

Shortly after purchasing the machine, a new promotional offer was introduced which understandably left me disappointed given how recently I had completed the purchase and the fact it would have changed the specification I originally chose.

However, after contacting the store, the situation was handled extremely professionally from start to finish. Rebecca Platts was outstanding throughout the entire process. Communication was prompt, honest, professional and proactive at every stage, and she clearly took ownership of the issue from the moment I contacted the store.

What also stood out to me was the support from her management team. The matter was escalated quickly to both the Store Manager and Area Manager who clearly empowered their staff to look after customers properly and reach a fair resolution rather than simply dismissing concerns. That says a lot about the culture of the Sheffield branch and the wider business.

In an age where good customer service can sometimes feel difficult to find, this was genuinely refreshing. Rebecca is a real credit to the company and her management team also deserve recognition for the way the situation was handled overall.

The TITAN Functional Trainer itself is also first-class quality and has completely transformed my home gym setup. The machine feels extremely solid, well engineered and premium in both appearance and operation.

Overall, I’m now a very happy customer and would absolutely recommend the Sheffield branch based on both the quality of the equipment and the customer service experience I received.

Was everything you want from customer service. Just no nonsense, no pressure, not trying to desperately upsell.

I wanted to get delivery for a specific date and that was arranged for me no fuss at all. The sale and finance application was well understood and explained so I wasn't left uncertain.

Had to pre order these weights, was a bit reluctant at first been my first order but the company kept me well informed and updated about my order, then as soon as it was in stock it was shipped and with me within days. Will definitely use again

I had done some research on Internet before going to the store. I live in Cannock and drove to Sheffield site. I was greeted by Justin who was very knowledgeable. I had 4 treadmills in mind to go and try out. 2 of these were not at the facility. Justin sold me the Sole T85 based on customer ratings, warranty and performance no need for expensive app renewals all built in. We needed 4 people to get the big box around the back of the house and through some double doors. Packaging was not damage and suitable to locate on a transport trolley. Every item was well packaged and I opted for the assembly. I read fully the instructions and checked all parts and fixings were there. Assembly needed two people. I plugged it in and powered it up and all working. I created a profile and was then able to upgrade the firmware and apps. The Apps are good on touch screen display and put the machine to test the following day. Air fans don't cool as much as I thought.

Rebecca was amazing in helping me find the perfect machine for my needs. She was polite and fully aware of the treadmills that would be best for me. I would recommend taking the risk out of buying online and visit fitness superstore every time.

keep going in for bits and bobs as their gear and accessories are top commercial grade and last me a while. great service as always by the staff, was served this time by rebecca. only bought something small but the staff are very knowledgeable and don't push you to buy things you don't want which is always a bonus

On arrival store was clean and well laid out. Staff were initially friendly and then left us to browse the store at leisure with no pushy sales pitch. Salesman when approached was knowledgeable and helpful. Quotations and after service was prompt and made clear. An overall positive impression.

Had some welcome advice on different types of equipment based on what I wanted to achieve for fitness. Went to the store with a treadmill in mind and ended up buying an airbike which will enable me to achieve more results. Very knowledgeable staff, very friendly and helpful.
