Poor delivery Service
Service from the Newcastle centre was brilliant during the sales process but it went down hill from there. We were told we would receive the items within 5 business days. We bought the goods on Friday 28th August. Sure enough we received 2 of the items the following Tuesday although their chosen courier DX only told us the delivery would be some time between 8am and 6pm so we had to wait in all day. The driver could not explain where the third item was, yet they had all been despatched together. We waited until Friday, 5 business days from purchase and still no notification of when the item would be delivered.I contacted DX and was on hold 45 mins before the line was disconnected so I never got to speak to any customer service rep to find out where the missing item was. I contacted the customer service at Fitness Superstore who told me to contact the store as it was a retail order. So I contacted the store and spoke to Daniel who sold us the items and he said he would look into it and he rang me back to say the item would arrive on Monday 7th September and he would call me back on Monday to discuss the failure . The item turned up on Saturday, with no warning, just as I was walking out the door. I have still not heard from Daniel ! Extremely poor aftersales service and rubbish courier service from their chosen courier

Walked in. Dan was excellent. Knew his stuff. Great advise on what to buy within my budget. Equipment looked fantastic. I received my items promptly and they were easy to assemble. I made my purchase on bank holiday Friday and it was at my home the following week. I live in Somerset so this is impressive. I will only buy from the Newcastle store in the future.
